Although I made a reservation a month ahead, and received 2 confirmations, they called less than a…read moreweek before the move and said they wouldn't have the vehicle available. The offered a larger vehicle but not for the same date and time. The extent of the help they provided was to give me the number of their regional office so I could call and try and find another option. No luck due to end of month moving activity. The lesson is don't count on them because "confirmed" doesn't mean confirmed, and they aren't going to lift a finger to help when you get bumped due to over booking or bad planning. And surprise, here's the message I got when I tried to leave feedback on their site: "There was an error processing your request" "Something went wrong on our end. We've made a log of what happened, and will fix the issue as soon as possible. Please try again in a few minutes." Good luck if you go ahead and rent from this place, you will need it!!

It is a bit of a trek, but the people in the office are so very nice and responsible. They always call me back when I have a question. They even let ABF leave our moving trailer there over the weekend so we could move all of our furniture into the trailer without having to get a U-Haul. Fantastic customer service. A+++++
