I was so sad when I moved to the west coast because I knew I'd only be able to see her 1x a year (when I came home for family visits). I tried many places in San Francisco and no other place or esthetician compares to Lorie. She is thorough, honest about what my skin needs, and (best of all) the results are incredible!! I moved back to the east coast during the pandemic and am so excited to book my next facial with her!! Devon- What a gem! She consulted me when I wanted to explore Botox and other treatments and I couldn't have picked a better person to do these treatments. I wasn't looking for anything special and told her I was looking to relax. And that's exactly what I did. It included a neck and arm massage that was heavenly. I left and my face felt amazing. I noticed how much better My neck and jawline looked, and my skin was so soft. I will definitely be going back for some specific treatments.

Natasha competes with some of the best providers I've had at any upscale spa. I've paid $200 to have this exact service done elsewhere with results subpar to this one. And at a FRACTION of the price (and better than Groupon prices) . So good that I'll definitely be buying a series next month when I go back in. It's a tiny, cozy spot. Very clean and sanitary (she literally has a sink she washes her hands in the room with). Her table is so warm and even massages while you get your facial done. The place is beautifully decorated and it's 2 levels -- which from the street level, you'd never guess. I was taken downstairs to have a glass of water & wait while Rachael prepared the room for my treatment. The facial was incredibly relaxing & I definitely left with smoother skin. After my session she gave me a tour of the salon which I thought was very nice of her. They have 2 massage rooms ( one is set up to accommodate couples, yay!), a room for skin treatments & a room with two comfy pedicure chairs. I could just imagine that having a quiet room for a pedicure would be relaxing in itself. I'm always on the look out for new places to be coiffed so I can't wait until I need a trim or new color -- off to the Renaissance I'll go!
