Universal was very responsive and very helpful in coming to inspect and assess a house. I was purchasing in the Hamilton County area on the roof. The individual they sent I believe his name was. Kyle was very nice and very thorough. He took lots of pictures and gave me lots of very clear communication and explanation. He was very honest as well as far as how good or how bad his findings were. Which was fantastic!! His findings also coincided with the findings of the home inspection report and home inspectors that were also on site. So it's good to know that not only were they looking at the same things, but that they also assessed and concluded similar findings. Unfortunately, I had asked for a report that detailed out the findings that I never received it. I did follow up twice and still never received it. Although this assessment was free of charge that is irrelevant, I was still expecting and promised a report. While they did come with high recommendation, which is why I reached out to this company I would expect that they close the loop with a potential client with the report in the findings so that those estimates can be taken into consideration for actual execution once I close on the house

She said she didn't think he would ever leave. These salesmen are trained like navy seals. Please please please be aware of these tactics and don't be afraid to tell them to leave. Try to always get 3 quotes for work on your home, that way you can quickly weed businesses like these out.

The communication was decent in the beginning but declined from there. A crew was sent to my house on Friday March 28th. I was home all day and they never approached me or let me know they were there so I could ask questions. It then took till April 7 to to get a response from the production manager about what was going on. I was told that there was some missing house wrap around the dormer and that is where water was getting in. Overall not happy with Kingdom at all. The communication is very poor. They did not preform a good inspection with the information I gave them about the dormer being a problem. They just wanted to get paid for a new roof. I definitely do not recommend Kingdom Roofing.
