This was my favorite car wash until yesterday. My car sat for a good 5 mins dripping wet in the hot sun and now it has water spots. I watched 3 employees dry the same car while mine and a white suv sat to air dry. Finally they unwillingly got to my car and the other. The inside of my car was dripping with the fragrance spray on the foot jambs and it was not even wiped down completely. The trunk trim is black and filthy still. The guy drying it had no ambition whatsoever. I had him at least wipe off the black smudges on the outer wheel wells from the wheel brightener brush. I have taken my vehicles here since we moved from CA last year due to the salt on the roads after the snow. I surely didn't want any rust to start. I have always had some type of minor issue but this was it, now I have to either pay someone to wax it so the water spots will go away (if they even do) or my husband has to wax it. Either way it's time consuming and shouldn't have to be done after a $30 eagle supreme wash. They were usually pretty quick to get to the vehicles but not yesterday. I will just save my money and wash it by hand myself. Although I heard a few new washes were opening with the rust inhibitor and underside cleaners. Might have to google them. Im sure they won't mind losing my business but I just had to post my disappointment this last time around. read more

Not a smile in the place. I recently purchased a new car and got 30 days of free washes from the dealership. I used to come here quite often years ago and never had an issue with anything, always friendly. Today as I return from a 6 year hiatus after moving back to Topeka and I am underwhelmed to say the least. Price is fair but the staff never even made eye contact and acted almost upset that someone came in to their business. Perhaps it was because I wasn't paying them out of pocket (even though I still paid for upgrades.) Unfortunately, I will be taking my car somewhere else. read more

My wife drives for Uber, this Christmas she had a rider puke in the back seat. Liquor and noodles all over her leather seats, noodles blasted into the speaker holes in the side door. It happened when it was in the teens temp wise. She drove to Eagle and yeah, they were open but only to sell gift cards. She spoke to a man who said you will have to return after the holidays, "she explained in full her needs". Later to find out it was the manager. So, today (12/28/2017) she takes it back in and they tell her not only does it require a reservation and they can not get to it before January sometime. She requests that they at least shampoo the rear carpet so she can work driving for Uber and please take that amount and subtract it from the service I will set the appointment for in January. Sorry, ma'am, no can do. It will be another charge. She asked if she could speak to the manager, well guess who the manager is? "The idiot she spoke to in the very beginning that was only selling gift cards". His reply to her was, "well you did not explain in detail how bad it was. I usually am easy going, only demand what I think is reasonable. So, if Eagle has treated you right. Awesome. But in my world you do whatever it takes to help a customer, let alone a woman whom uses her car for her career, you know to pay the bills. Also, you state " our pictures clearly show the crack before the wash." I apologize for not addressing this in my earlier post but I missed it; let me be perfectly clear on that comment from you. That's a straight up lie. You did not take a picture before hand; you only had the pictures we took after the fact. I absolutely challenge you to post any pictures showing any chip or cracks before it was washed. If I'm wrong about that I will absolutely get back on here and on Yelp and pfrofess my stupidity. However, I am ABSOLUTELY certain you have no pictures of my truck with a chip with a crack before it was washed because it was as you stated a very small chip in the lowest part of the shaded part of the windshield that caused the crack to occured when it was cleaned. Please back up this statement that you have a picture of the chip before the vehicle was cleaned, utter and total falsehood. Unbelievable to me that you would even attempt to make that comment. If for some reason you can't post the picture I'll come by and you can show it to me in person and I'll retract this comment. read more

Took my Acadia Denali there on 10/17/2016 I noticed they ran it thru twice on the car was, I had bought the supreme. 2nd time I had taken it there. My husband had previously hand washed and waxed our vehicle a month prior, and finish wash smooth and beautiful a few small scratches but nothing major. When they finished with my car I looked at it and there were pits and scratches along tire body area and bottom sides of each side of the car. I addressed this to manager and said that we had probably ran thru some wind & dust that had pitted my car. We had only taken my car to Topeka 2 times to see the doctor and we do not drive it on Dirt roads, and I had advised him of this. The previous time I had taken it there there were no signs of this on my car. Was very disappointed they they would not accept responsibility for the damage. We had the undercarriage washed and I wonder if there was not rocks etc. in the machines that clean the car. Needless to say my husband & I are not happy. We took it straight to Ed Bozarth's and they said just fixing those spots damaged would not match the rest of the car's paint read more

I stopped by the business about 4:10 Sunday afternoon. I asked if this was the place where Toyota sends their new car customers. The reply was "we wash a lot of new cars". I repeated the question with the explanation that my wife bought a new Toyota and received a gift card for car washes and asked again if this was the right place. He said it was. I then asked if I could buy another gift card for my wife. He said "No" with no explanation. By now I am getting irritated. When I asked "why is that" the answer was "because we're closed." Excellent service. I watched them the whole time. Didn't want my $70,000 new LTZ suburban dinged or scratch. They all were carefull with every car. Wish we had a carwash with workers like that near me in California. Thanks eagle workers for making my trip better. read more

Took my car to the Topeka location today. Have taken vehicles there many times and had noticed over my last several visits that the interior cleaning was getting more minimal each time. Today....just of well left the doors closed after the wash. Outside was quickly touched with a rag. Inside....the top of the dash might have had a dry rag wiped over it. Inside of my vehicle needed a little more attention than usual so it was very obvious that Eagle no longer cleans the inside of the car at all. Previously you could get in your car an notice the shine and it smelled like it had been cleaned. Today....when the gentleman took me out to the car to check it out and we walked up to the drivers door the first thing you see is the bottom of the door beside the seat. It is a dark color and it was filthy. Cup holders had crumbs in them...still there. Have a navigation/radio system with touch screen....had not been touched with a rag. Front of dash (glove compartment) had a couple of sticky spots....still there. What did I pay for that I don't get driving through any other car wash.....a $6.00 2 minute vacuum job on the floor of the car. I called the store to ask if the service I received today of the 3 Star that I paid for. Was told that the managers were busy so asked the desk clerk that answered the phone and she told me that they do not clean anything inside the vehicle except the top of the dash and they will wipe off the front of dash and around steering wheel. This evidently means with a dry cloth in one swoop. Very disappointed and will be finding another source for my car washing needs. read more
