They were supposed to winterize the drip system and told me they had done it. Come spring the backflow had to be replaced because they never winterized it. Then it was rebuilt by Anthony. The backflow was never tightened up and leaked everywhere when it was turned on. They came back and fixed the backflow but never turned the water back on. So the whole season nothing was getting water. Every time I asked if everything was working and getting water I was told yes. So when I finally took it upon myself to check for myself, I discovered they never turned the water back on after fixing the backflow for the second time. So the whole spring and summer they lied to me about the plants getting water. So I'm working up a case with the Registrar of Contractors office.
