They took photos and agreed that things needed to be addressed. Then, they sent an email stating that they would NOT fix the issues, but would finally take the huge pallets of supplies away that they left on my driveway (4/16/2026- 6/10/2026) when they promised to fix my defective roofing and siding. Now, they want the remainder of their money for a job not done correctly. I hired a Certified Independent Inspector to do an Inspection after the project was finished. The report shows 23 Marginal Defects and a Major Defect. I have had to have my Insurance Company reopen the claim. Please check them out on casenet.com before you even consider using this company. They have EXCELLENT salesmen who will promise you that their crews have been with them for years. They promise that you will get what you pay for, and the company will stand behind its work. Their word isn't worth anything.
