They also damaged some of my walls while pulling the trim off that they said they would address but never did and didn't even come back to clean up after the work was "finished". They left the stairs taped together and left pencil markings all over the floor and stairs. The work itself was fine but was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in both the bid and the cleanup.

The location of the private residence where the LVP was installed is 1020 Bear Lake Blvd. Garden City, Utah 84028. A professional assessment was performed by an independent flooring contractor and advised the Image Home Décor, LP installation of LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps was installed improperly and identified the following issues: * The LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps were not installed flush to the underlying and supporting wood staircase structure leaving gaps and overhangs between the LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps which resulted in them cracking and breaking. * The stairs do not adhere to building codes and safety standards. * The cracking and breaking is a safety hazard which could allow parties using the stairs to unexpectedly slip or fall.

I came into this project having been burned by a competitor so I was a bit cynical. Before we even…read morestarted talking about estimates or the job itself the sales person had gotten in touch with my insurance company and started a claim. This is something I didn't even think to do! Even without the insurance payout, their quote was about half the cost of the other company. Once it came time to do the work, I was in constant communication with the foreman. The guys tore off the old roof in a day and put up the new in a second day. The following morning the dumpster was gone. Again, by starting an insurance claim they put money in my pocket before they even knew if I would be a customer! I'm generally nervous about home renovations because I'm pretty dumb when it comes to this sort of thing. I believe the competitor tried to take advantage of my ignorance. King Roofing did right by me and I would recommend them to ANYBODY who needs their house retopped. Thanks!!!

CRE did the roofing job in our condo association during a two-year period. The length of time is…read morenot their fault, so that is not the issue. Where the issue lies is in their follow-on response to warranty issues. Three units in our community have had shingles blow out, leaving holes in the roofing spaces. These issues were reported in August and the first week of September. Owners and Property Managers have made numerous calls for repairs, and Mike and his team tell story after story. They make promises about being out for repairs and telling the Property Managers that the repairs have been completed, but no work has been done. We are now approaching three months of lies and non-responsiveness. Take your business elsewhere, because you won't get facts, truth, or work done from these guys.
