Poor communication and lied to me. Took an advance for about $100. Came time to pay and I had to…read morego out of town on family emergency two days prior. I called in and asked if they could just deposit it since I was out of town, I could just transfer the money over to cover it. They told me they don't do that. I asked if I could pay with debit card. They said they don't do that. I told them I would not be back for another week and I would just pay whatever late charges they had. I also said I would see if I could get someone to swing by and cover it till i got back (was unable to find anyone) I get back in town a week later to find they actually DID deposit the check and it had bounced twice and been returned. I had the cash to cover it in another account, 15 seconds I could have transferred it. Cost me $70 in bank fees and they charged me a return check fee. The lie cost me almost $100! To many other options in town to work with these people!

All of it. I gave them everything. They approved me. Then, at the very last step, identity verification, they sent me an automated message saying they couldn't offer me the loan. No explanation. No phone call. No courtesy. The loan officer who walked me through the entire process and collected ALL of my sensitive financial information refused to speak with me directly afterward. Complete silence. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told I would receive a letter in 30 days explaining why. 30 DAYS. After three approvals. After handing over my most sensitive financial data. This is not how you treat people. This is not how you run a business. The lack of transparency, the collection of sensitive data before a final decision was made, and the complete disregard for basic communication is unacceptable. She put it in an envelope with the title. Her keyfob wouldn't fit In a regular envelope. Then it was put in a yellow envelope. One of them gave me a fake certified mail tracking number. The dates they say they mailed it on and the date on the certified mail receipt don't match. This is a $700 key fob and I won't quit until they replace it!
