He was always prompt, thorough and respectful throughout the quoting process. Turns out this is very rare. Additionally, his pricing is fair and the bid was very clear, inclusive/complete and never changed throughout the process. We decided to go with Jeremy because of these things and could not be happier with the outcome. Every step of the process was outlined and followed. Jeremy was super easy to work with leading up to the project. He was more than willing to help us and work with us based on our needs. This was not "just another job" for them, and it showed. When we submitted a service request, we heard back in minutes. Jeremy is an adamant professional and has a no-nonsense communication style. The work was completed on time, looked exactly how we hoped, and there was no haggling or talk of extra billing. Jeremy is a man of his word - something that seems to be rare these days. The other 2 involved special order furniture and both times the delivery time was longer than expected or promised. On April 4th we ordered a bedroom set that we were told would take 8-12 weeks. On July 7th we were told it was on the truck enroute from Pennsylvania. On July 28 we were promised delivery no later than the 2nd of August as the truck was due on 7-31 or 8-1. Matt promised that it would be delivered Friday or Saturday depending on what day it arrived. The freight wasn't delivered to People's until Saturday morning. By the time delivery is finally made it will have been 18 weeks from purchase to delivery. After calming down I realized that the problem didn't lie with People's primarily. The reached out and explained the situation and satisfied me that they did their best but the delivery from manufacture to them was out of their control.

We Bono Flooring install approximately 2,600 square feet of Mohawk laminate flooring a few years…read moreago. There were a few issues that arose during installation. One, the 2 people working on the project were cutting inside the house, with no plastic dust barrier. We got that rectified. We noticed they were nailing down the flooring. It's supposed to be a floating floor. So they just a multi-tool to cut the ends off. There are a couple spots with gaps along the moulding. As time has gone on we have noticed some spots with big gaps where they did not attach the boards correctly. This is a huge issue because water can get into the seams and ruin the flooring. We had a flooring person in the house last fall and he said most of the flooring is not attached correctly. After closer inspection we can see these minute gaps now. The reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is, the owners came to the house during the install to address our issues. I just wish we had noticed these other problems then.
