I immediately thanked him for being honest and not trying to get a service call out of me. Even though they had all the measurements and I was told they "knew what I wanted" the estimate came in at $10,000 more than the next closest. Yea, "obviously" you paid attention to what I was asking for. Just felt like I was bothering them, but no worries, won't be bothering them again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
