This company was an absolute joy to work with. The owner of the company (Dario), his foreman (Jorge), and his carpenters (Mateaus & Manchin) all demonstrated a work ethic that is almost impossible to find in modern times. The quality of the work performed by Mateaus & Manchin) was superb, and they were understanding and responsive to our requests throughout the entire process. The foreman (Jorge) was here daily, overseeing the work while it was being performed. He also made numerous trips to the lumber store to pick up any materials that the workers needed, so they would not have to stop work. After the project was finished, the owner and foreman made a final inspection of the work that was performed and corrected a couple minor oversights (that I hadn't even noticed). When the project was done, Jorge came by and picked up the left-over materials and returned them to the lumber store. Dario assured us he would provide us with a check for those unused materials. Should I need any carpentry work in the future, I will not hesitate to use Pascoal. I only hope I will be able to use the same skilled workers that excelled in completing our project. First, they're organized- I received appointment reminders and even a phone call from the handyman that he was arriving 10 minutes EARLY :-) They definitely assigned us the right handyman, Bill was amazing!! He was polite, honest and upfront about the possibility of losing some of our hedges to repair the fence, he was very quiet, clean and efficient and he really went over and above with his jobs! The fence is stronger than it was before the storm thanks to some extra reinforcements. We will definitely use Mr. Handyman again and we'll definitely ask for our new friend Bill, but I'd imagine his team is equally qualified and professional.

I called "Andy on call" to request a quote on a small concrete project at my home . I wanted a small concrete slab poured where my trash cans sit and extend the concrete a few feet under my deck for storage purposes. I told the woman I was accepting quotes over the next three days and requested their team to come out within that time frame if possible. She took my information and ended the call . I had the call on speaker phone so I did not immediately hang up . Within seconds of the woman ending the call I realized she did not actually hang up because she along with two other people [male (his named sounded like Jeff)and another woman ]proceeded to speak extremely unprofessionally about my call. They said I was wasting their time , that there was no sense of urgency to provide the quote because it's just trash cans. Based on the call alone they said that all that was needed was concrete pavers and if I knew anything I should at least be able to purchase those myself . They poked fun at the manner in which I spoke and they all had a good laugh at my expense . I know mistakes happen but nonetheless it showed me this business clearly does not respect potential customers. I eventually hung up and called them back to cancel the quote request . The second woman that had bad mouthed my call answered . I cancelled and explained in detail why, and she offered no apology. I am fortunate that I overheard their conversation because I would not want these types of people coming to my home. Unprofessional and low class in an understatement and I would not recommend "Andy on Call" to anyone.

They were to mark the boards, which they did not. Then comes Hurricane Mathew - I called them Tuesday afternoon and was told that I would receive a phone call the next morning with a set up time. By 3pm no call came - and no phones being answered at the company. It is one thing to be busy, but if they had told me, I may have had a chance to get someone else. Would NEVER use a place like this again.
