He was incredibly responsive on Yelp messages, phone calls, and texts. Unlike most shops, Victor doesn't charge for a diagnostic. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my laptop and even ordered another separate power brick (on his own dime) just to see if it was that. He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there. At first things didnt seem to be working, but after tinkering with it i found the issue and i factory reset the tv and that seemed to do the trick. It seems the tv was very cranky from being worked on and having its guts removed it needed a full reset. I wanted to wait a day or so before writing my review just incase something happened. But im happy to say everythings good! I would definitely reccomend this guy if you need your tv fixed right! His prices are very reasonable too. Quoted $800 and picked it up. Took a week to fix and returned it. One week later did the same thing. He picked up again on May 2nd about a week later. May 6th, he said it was fixed and returned. May 15th, did the same thing. Picked up again on My 16th. This time he said it will take over a week, he didn't tell me he meant over a month. June 21st he finally delivers and seems to be fixed. He said he replaced the backlight, whatever. Works fine until August 11th, does same thing. I have texted him with photos and called him numerous times. He does not answer calls or reply back. He is avoiding because on his invoice he guaranteed 1 year warranty and verbally told me if after the third time he cannot fix it, he will give me a refund. I cannot get a hold of him so I am out $800 and left with a broken TV. He is an absolute unprofessional crook.

WATCH OUT FOR TGE SCAMMERS WORKING JN THIS PLACE…read more Absolutely terrible experience. This place is a complete scam. I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and was told it would take only one hour. When I came back after an hour, the shop was closed, the technician was nowhere to be found, and no one was answering the phone -- all of this at 2 PM in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional. I had to come back the next day just to get my phone, and then I was charged $185, which is ridiculously expensive for a basic screen repair. To make things worse, the repair wasn't even done properly -- the left side of my screen still doesn't work at all. It gets worse. The day after I got my phone back, my bank contacted me about suspicious activity. When I checked my phone, I was logged out of my Instagram and had received around 100 emails about password changes from different apps. I had zero issues like this before bringing my phone here. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but it also seems like my personal information may have been compromised. This is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.
