We live in Canyon Country and we're looking for an iPhone screen repair and didn't want to mess with insurance or the corporate places. Hey all! I went in today to this location. It is hard to find because it is in a huge building next to other buildings nearby. I met the owner of the place, Alan. Pretty smart guy, he was the only other person there and he has his own business and is personable. I was a little socially awkward, but he knew how to ask questions and had great customer service. Service was great, he fixed my cracked screen without a problem. I have an iPhone 6s. It cost $70 to fix and an extra $10 for the oem to be fixed as mine was badly damaged. Total was 80$ with tax and everything. I felt that given the price was fair, I wish it was $50 as opposed to some competitors. He was fast and did a free diagnostic test. Much better service than the Apple store who nickel and dime you for everything. The parking lot was medium in size considering that there are plenty of other doors in this massive building. He collects your broken screens and puts it into a treasure box which is kind of funny. You can buy other accessories and stuff as well. I've noticed most of his customers are people who own Apple products. He has iPads , iPods, other game consoles etc. in the treasure box. I didn't see any android devices though so you might need to ask him about that. TL;DR Pros: +friendly customer service +fast +fair price, kinda +free diagnostic test Cons: -price was fair, but there are cheaper prices from competitors. -no bathrooms inside -he came in 5 minutes late Overall, bravo! He was very good compared to some competitors but not all. His customer service was excellent, if you are a weirdo and have antisocial behavior, no problem! He will make you feel comfortable. He talks to you while he's fixing your device, it was about 10-15 minutes as discussed and free diagnostic test was given.
