These concrete pieces only down in ground 4" below grade. Epcon's answer to everything is: this is how we do all our communities", or, "We've used these contractors for Years." It doesn't make it right just because you've used them for a long time. Take some pride in who you hire and how their jobs are performed. If I owned Epcon, I'd be totally embarrassed and ashamed at what you pull on all of the residents here. Also absolutely terrible lack of correspondence for EVERYTHING! I not only called The Twenty Seven Group but also the attorney that sent me a letter, in my name just as I left on that voicemail. Every time I called I would reach someone that took down my name/number but could never assist or give information. Finally, after calling for a few weeks I was able to get lady to explain how billing was done and website so I could set up account. She told me your email address that I needed to send request to for account access. At this point it is September 9th!! I don't feel that I'm responsible for the now $800 bill which includes over $185 in their late fees but they absolutely refused to even call and speak with me about it! I don't recommend using this company for HOA and if you are looking at a home that they are HOA I would RUN!!

There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.
