These concrete pieces only down in ground 4" below grade. Epcon's answer to everything is: this is how we do all our communities", or, "We've used these contractors for Years." It doesn't make it right just because you've used them for a long time. Take some pride in who you hire and how their jobs are performed. If I owned Epcon, I'd be totally embarrassed and ashamed at what you pull on all of the residents here. Also absolutely terrible lack of correspondence for EVERYTHING! The entries appeared within hours of a pre-suit demand letter. The complete account history shows only four entries spanning two days. They are attempting to collect debt from 2007 and for time periods I didn't even own the home, which may surprise some to know that is in fact illegal. They also tampered with their own record books to inflate the total - which was $0.00 to justify harassment. They are a terrible company, but what do you really expect from people who spend their days telling other adults what they can and cannot do on their property.

For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house.
