I lost so many hours at work couldn't keep up with my rent and lost my apartment. Come eviction day this "Willy" guy shows up with the sheriff and I was informed that my belongings could be taken to Eagle storage when asked Willy told me that I could put it in my U-Haul storage. My living room was full of boxes that I packed but I had more that needed to be boxed up and I would get help for those. This Willy guy is mumbling to himself and tried to call guys to help. I used Eagle Movers and storage exactly 1 week ago today. They did do a quick job of moving me out of my apartment, but the crew also decided to help themselves to my belongings while I wasn't looking. Meaning, yes they robbed me. Stole a JBL speaker, PlayStation 4 with about 20 games, my son's Nintendo switch, over 30 bottles of top of the line cologne, some jewelry, and that is all I have noticed thus far. I knew it was them because I got a call from my ex wife who has nothing to do with my personal affairs called me asking if I was missing anything from my move. I told her what I noticed at the time, and her reply was " yes I know who stole it ". One of the workers was dating her sister and came home bragging about how he had just robbed a customer from Oak Creek. Well I notified their job immediately. Can you believe that the manager, Dave was his name, defended these thieves. I told him that I had proof, and he said that text messages from his employee to his girlfriend notifying her about how he just stole from a customer was not good enough. They did a good job. But did not show up until I called the office. I paid a deposit 2 weeks before the move date. I got emails from them reminding me of the date. The date of the move -- no one showed up. I called the office. They asked me if I was sure I had an appointment! No apology -- the office person told me they have a "new system" and didn't know I paid a deposit. Didn't know I had an appointment. Didn't know I was getting emails. So, they didn't have me on the schedule. Never an apology. It was frustrating to be told that somehow this was my fault that I didn't know they have a "new system" that doesn't work. This is no way to treat a customer. If you have a new system you work out the bugs BEFORE you use it on customers. read more

Lots of damage to antiques. Some movers did a great job, another one did not and damage to wooden floor, walls, door, and did a horrible job packing pictures. All the frames were scratched. Told owner they wrapped pictures-lie. I get things will break, but they did not even tell me...found out later. Very disappointed. read more

They're ok for small moves. I wasn't too happy. I got a pair of novices who didn't have any professional moving equipment. They didn't take the time to wrap furniture carefully, just wanted to get the job done fast. I heard complaints about how my stuff was too heavy and how this will be their last move job. I mean, yes that's why I hired them right? All in all, it was stressful and I'm just glad it's done but I will go elsewhere next time. I paid $145/hr and it took 5.5hrs smh. read more

Outstanding work, two movers were able to move a couch that even the furniture company that delivered it had a very difficult time getting through my door quite quickly and easily. They happily and efficiently moved old furniture out of my house despite the fact that I failed to tell them about it in advance. Overall it was the best experience I've had with a moving company. Nothing but good things to day, my only regret is not getting the actual workers names to give them credit specifically on here. read more

Wish i could give a zero star. If you are a landlord check other movers for eviction move out services. Eagle movers owed me a credit to be applied to my credit card. Per Eagle Movers own Internal policy that they tell customers credits will be applied to credit cards no later than 30 days. It took them 39 days. When i called them out on their own policy they took zero responsibility. To bad... so sad... so unless you are ok giving eagles movers a free no interest loan might be worth looking into other options. read more

I hired Eagle Moving and Storage to move my personal belongings into my new house.The move went well until I discovered a king mattress was torn and a electric bidet was broken. The company has refused any responsibility and will not respond to my requests to come out to inspect, repair or replace the damaged items. The move cost $1,100 and apparently I am out of luck for any assistance from either of the owners, Dave or Jim Brittain. I have called several times and have been told Dave is always in meetings and Jim is no longer in the moving business. I have asked how to report a claim and have been told that Dave Brittain handles all claims. Buyers beware of this company if you want to do business with a mover who you can trust with your personal things. We opted to self-pack our household items and let Eagle pack the heavy furniture. Their prices are very competitive and it includes loading and unloading, so it was a no-brainer when we compared with them with PODS. One moving company takes care of everything instead of being handed off to different people multiple times. Plus, our items were delivered the day after we arrived. After arriving 2.5 hours late for the move the vice president David Brittain called the movers who had just arrived with the truck off of the job-canceling the move because I complained about their tardiness. Ridiculous. I used Eagle Movers a number of times and even recommended them to friends because Dave (the owner) was a personal friend of a friend of mine. They were fine, and I wanted to support their business. HOWEVER, when I had a problem, Dave was uncaring, unwavering and extremely rude and aggressive. Many pieces of my furniture were knicked and gauged, including a few beautiful antiques. Not only did he take no responsibility or even consider discussing any sort compensation, he refused to even apologize. He had zero understanding or compassion whatsoever. I was forceably removed from my apartment and most of my belongings taken to the Sheriff's storage. I have until July 22, 2016 to pick up my stuff. I e-mailed David Brittain and let him know I would not be able to pick up my stuff until 7/27. Also, I am missing my much needed medication which he claims he does not have. No one else has it. The items they took were memories of my family - pictures, my Dad's flag, etc. I was wrongfully removed and will be filing a lawsuit. He has not e-mailed me back letting me know that 7/27 would be okay to pick up. He is very unethical and uncaring. read more
