Then they text me an hour before schedule and ask for the address to cancel on me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be here! My electricity was off and the keys were due today so I had to search for new movers on short notice! So unprofessional! And all he kept saying is sorry..Sorry is not good enough when you put someone in a terrible situation! No wonder they are the lowest priced! My advice, pay the extra money and get movers that will do the job and cancel at a reasonable time!

We also went over the mileage predictions. On moving day, Joseph and Matt showed up with their truck and they busted their asses loading. I had everything pre-staged ready to go in about 40 boxes and they padded wrapped my furniture. They were done in just over an hour. Moving into my new place...just over an hour. Again, my old place although a 2300 sq/ft house had minimalist contents. The great news is Joseph's prediction on time and mileage was spot on and I had no damage to my possessions.
