No where did I find an autoclave to sanitize these nail tools. Third, the color I picked to the color they painted my toes is not even close. I have to admit the girl did a decent job on them but I didn't pick pink Next I asked to have my nails done coffin shaped an the same color I had picked for my toes. They were so badly missed shaped. I tried this place out after reading reviews of a few different ones in my area. I was serviced by Lena (hope I spelled that right). She was amazing!! She explained things so well to me, kept telling me I have strong and beautiful natural nails, helped me decide which design to choose for the cat eye gels when I was indecisive. I needed some TLC on my heels too and she used this homemade rose scented sugar scrub exfoliant and really just did great work. Pretty sure she also practiced some TCM on my hand's and feet's pressure points. I turned on the massager and closed my eyes lol. I was truly in heaven. She's very kind and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Detail oriented and I could see she was taking extra care to not let any gel cure on my skin. I love how they came out. The color also changes hues in different lighting. It's so cool! Might be worth to mention that it's been only a week and the gel has started to chip off on one of the nails, but I also work with my hands, so maybe that's why. def want to come back and try again soon.

Left nails sticky and not fully painted. when I brought it to his attention he stated "you got a fill it's not going to be perfect " and that the sides messed up because of the filing and not once offered to fix them because (he was rushing to go home) then as I'm paying for something Im not happy with the lady ringing me up gasped when she tapped my card then called the manager. I asked what's the issue? and they stated nothing. I went to my car checked my account and turns out they charged me $828!!!!!!!!!! on top of my bill! and not once mention it to me nor saying it was an accident or apologize. I go back inside and ask why did they charge me that much and why didn't they say anything when it happened and Ben (the managers) response was "it's not a problem on our end.. it's up to yourbank" if I wouldn't have checked my account they wouldn't have ever told me about that transaction or reversed it! I told him I will NEVER come back all he said was " that's okay" I said your whole service was rushed. I went with the mindset of having a nice mother daughter spa night with my 7year old daughter instead left in tears with a BAD EXPERIENCE UGLY NAILS AND PRETTY MUCH ROBBED ME $828!!!!!!!! Time was taken to ensure that my cuticles were taken care of and looking good, and that there was no excess acrylic under my nails, unlike the place that did my previous nails. Will absolutely be going here from now on, gorgeous work. The picture I took was after a full, hands on, nails banging into things work day. Sturdy and beautiful, while not being too thick. :) I was sort of looking into getting acrylic flowers on the nails while I was there, however, I was a walk-in and the woman who knows how to do them was not there that day. I'm so thankful for the professionalism in that regard. My opinion of Kari never changed, I think she was very sweet throughout the appointment, and after when coming to a solution about my issues. In terms of my service, I will say although my nail appointment was unpleasant, my nails had great retention and last well over a month without any lifting or chipping, I honestly thought of going back for that reason alone! So if you need nails that will last I do recommend them!!!
