Walked in and was able to be taken in immediately for a pedicure. Opted for the deluxe and got a nice warm neck wrap and massage to my legs and feet. The staff were helpful and efficient. Facilities looked nice and clean. Even though I am not from the area, I would drive for this place again!

Bumpy gel polish and one hand came out shorter!

I started going here because my last place had too many non-English speakers and it was hard to communicate what I wanted. But I went recently and they lied about what product would achieve the look I wanted. Plus the girl who did my nails spoke no English, was impatient and made my nails bumpy. Don't recommend coming here.

Tried again, technician damaged my nails again. She INSISTED the drill would not damage my nails... I told her I was uncomfortable. I am now looking at my peeling nail bed. Maybe your technicians should ask if the drill is ok instead of using it without asking. Then she was angry because I paid with a credit card instead of giving her a cash tip. Poor service.

This place is conveniently located in Kahala Mall. Across from Macys and adjacent to CPK. 7 chairs for manicure and 7 chairs for pedicure! 7 ladies available for manicure, pedicure and even eyebrows! My appointment was for 10:15am. And there were already 5 customers getiing services! Busy place! So i am assuming Good! Lucky thing i came today because they are closed for Chinese New Year! I had Kelly who is very nice and did a good job!

Most amazing nail experience on Oahu! I am obsessed with my results. The salon is beautiful and very relaxing. Thank you so much Jessie, I will be back!

I had made an 11:30 appointment for my daughter and friend to get a kid's manicure. She was so excited as this was the only thing she wanted to do on her birthday! We went to check in, a man at the desk checked for at the appointment. Then he and a woman both started looking in the appointment book. It looked like my appointment either wasn't written down or maybe skipped because we had to wait another 20min. The technicians looked uneasy while we were waiting, they kept looking at us. So we felt uncomfortable and waited outside. The girls both wanted simple lines on their nails done with a different color nail polish but both were told no because their nails are too small. I am not a professional but I have put lines on my daughter's nails myself at home so I know it's possible, but whatever... we didn't argue. They were just given nail stickers to choose from. II felt they were rushed and not done properly. The woman that did my daughter's friend was done very fast and just put on a fan and left. Never came back to check on her nails. The woman that did my daughters just put her under a uv light and had me pay. We sat there for a while and just assumed it was long enough because we were not told to stay for a specific amount of time or were never checked on again. They just quickly went on to servicing another person. Already a few hours after the appointment two of my daughter's nail stickers felloff. We found them and I was just going to try putting it back on for her, but the next day her nails and her girlfriends are either chipped, nail stickers have fallen off or the polish is gone. My daughter has gotten her nails done before and try's really hard to take care of them because she likes the way it looks. Im not sure if it was just because it was a kid's manicure but we were very disappointed. Yes a kids manicure is not as expensive as a regular but I still paid $70. My daughter's friend even said to me "I had my nails done in California and they were way better." I didn't want to post a bad review, I did try reaching out to the salon more than once but no response. These pictures were taken the next day.

Nails themself came out super nice. Took me in last minute, everyone was nice. The filing of the nails part was what made me do a 3 star instead of 5. I have about 4 cuts on my fingers. She rushed through this step very fast and careless. I pulled back and said ouch a few times but she kept doing it... It hurt a lot during the whole manicure because she kept putting alcohol on the cuts to clean up the manicure. Overall the nails are very nice and she took her time on the polish, just still feel my cuts and they hurt a lot :( My nails are short and small, but i've never had this problem elsewhere. natural nail gel manicure $48 + $10 tip

I have a nail salon that normally go to, but I just happened to be in the mall and spontaneously decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Self-care turned into an hour-session of foot care by cheating on my normal nail technicians. Sorry, gals! Eagle Nails is a relatively new nail salon in Kahala Mall. Their shop is bright, clean, and organized. Like many other salons, their nail polish is displayed on wall racks. Unlike a lot of other salons, each bottle has its own place as both the bottles and each section of the rack is labeled, so that the colors go back in the order they're supposed to be. There's a check-in tablet at the front counter, which I didn't have to use because they greeted me right away and asked what kind of services I needed. They seated me immediately since there weren't any other customers waiting. There are basically three types of pedicures: Spa ($35), Deluxe ($50), and Luxury ($70) The choices start off with the basics and of course include more services with the Deluxe and Luxury pedicures and are priced accordingly. I quickly skimmed the services in each choice and chose the Deluxe Pedicure. Yen, I believe, is the name of the sweet lady who gave me a pedicure. She gave my nails a thorough cleaning and didn't rush the massage portion of my pedicure. I'm used to getting 2, maybe 3 coats of nail polish but I swear it seemed like she gave me 4 coats of polish. Ok, not sure that was necessary, but thank you, Yen! LOL They also have some type of rewards system that I didn't read carefully at the front counter because Kahala Mall isn't anywhere near my neck of the woods, and I have my normal nail spot elsewhere, so I know I won't be frequenting Eagle Nails, but if I'm in the area and need a pedicure, I'll be happy to ask Yen for another pedicure.

It was Vietnamese street food while I was getting pampered. They have an incredible selection of polish colors to choose from. I especially appreciate that this salon uses a new bowl bag with each customer. I absolutely loved the Vegan Clean Spa Pedi. Thank you Hannah!

The technician didn't redo them like every other nail salon I have been to, feels short changed. Not to mention that the clear polish is lumpy. Especially annoying when I called and asked for hard gel refill and she said "$50." I ended up paying $60 because my nails are long. A detail like that should have been mentioned by technician prior to service. And I still tipped $18 because I know they donʻt make much. I was looking for an affordable option and now I have poorly done expensive nails. I might as well have paid a little more and got them done properly. This place is fine for mani/pedicures and the simple stuff, don't come for more sophisticated services.

This one is listed at 1154 Koko Head Ave with 192 reviews as I write this, and the other at 1148 Koko Head Ave with just 2 reviews. Both reference the same phone number. After cross-checking in various ways, my conclusion is that this listing is the original one, but also has the original address before they moved to their current location at 1148 between August and September 2008. We arrived here this morning as walk-ins and fortunately two staff were able to take us. We opted for the regular pedicure. My wife and I were seated next to each other, so we were able to compare the progression of our treatments. My wife's technician seemed to be the more skilled, in both our views. I couldn't tell if mine spoke much English, as she got into a routine where she motioned me to place one or the other of my feet on and then off the foot rest. I had to be paying attention, otherwise I'd miss a cue. My wife had heard from her friend that a massage was included, which matched the description. I didn't know what this meant in particular, but it turned out to be a sort of scrubbing, not what I usually experience as a massage in other settings. In the end, we were generally satisfied with the results and we both felt comfortable and energized walking around the neighborhood afterwards.
