In addition to hostile communication (which immediately shut down any possibility of negotiations), Sharon asserted in writing that the sellers would not work with our lender, Diamond Mortgage. We later confirmed with the sellers that this was not accurate. These discrepancies raise serious concerns about the accuracy of information being communicated. Sharon's behavior directly undermined trust in her as a licensed agent. We have since sought review of her license through appropriate professional channels, and we do not recommend working with Sharon as a buyer or seller.
