So, I called two other people before I called this company and basically got no response or excuses. When I called Robert, he answered right away, was ready to help me and was very professional. He basically jumped in his car right away and headed straight to the location. He was met by someone else since I was at work. However, when they got there the keys were found at the last minute. So he came out for no reason because of someone's negligence. Prior to that the price that I was quoted to change 4 locks was very reasonable to me. Even though no locks were changed, I was very appreciative of the effort put forth and would absolutely consider this company for the next time we have a lock or key emergency. I called them on Thursday, they came out Friday morning, and resolved our problem in short order! Our back door lock was broken, and the key just spun when trying to open or lock from the outside. After taking the lock apart, Bert diagnosed the issue and then found the part needed in his truck! Now this lock came with the house, built in 1989 in Eldorado, and they do not make it anymore! But, lucky for us, we chose them, because otherwise wewould have to have used a double bolt/handle and the wood in between, which had not been varnished, would look terrible! Their fee was also as good as their knowledge and service!
