He basically jumped in his car right away and headed straight to the location. He was met by someone else since I was at work. However, when they got there the keys were found at the last minute. So he came out for no reason because of someone's negligence. Prior to that the price that I was quoted to change 4 locks was very reasonable to me. After taking the lock apart, Bert diagnosed the issue and then found the part needed in his truck! Now this lock came with the house, built in 1989 in Eldorado, and they do not make it anymore! But, lucky for us, we chose them, because otherwise wewould have to have used a double bolt/handle and the wood in between, which had not been varnished, would look terrible!
