When asked about this change Teejay informed me it was due to Covid precaution. Claiming a Covid precaution in 2023 after not implementing it during the actual pandemic seems extremely fishy. Or a blatant lie. I understand the Christmas rush and the amount of packages but that does not excuse you to make up rules so that your delivery times look better than they are. If at all possible, try to come earlier in the day rather than in the evening on the weekdays -- that's when it's the most crowded.
