I get Informed Delivery, but then what is supposed to be delivered isn't. I have two state driver's licenses that never made it to me as well. I'm concerned. I'm concerned because 20 years ago, while living in the same home/address, a mail person stole a newley issued credit card and the pin that was mailed in a separate envelope. He stole a lot of mail, and served 5 years in jail. Meanwhile it took about that long to clean up my 18 year old's credit thanks to the theft. This post office NEVER answers the phone and obviously they don't have to. They have a lady with her own little office with the phone but she will not answer.

Or a blatant lie. I understand the Christmas rush and the amount of packages but that does not excuse you to make up rules so that your delivery times look better than they are. Prescriptions, Credit Cards, you name it -- they definitely stepped away with a few more items than I'd have liked. Several times in the past two weeks, I've had late Amazon deliveries because packages were delayed in transit per tracking. This is AFTER they've been tracked into this post office. Last week, Amazon tracking said delivery was attempted but unsuccessful and the package was being held for me downtown. The next morning, we went to retrieve it and they didn't have it.
