As everyone knows international shipping can be a pain with customs declarations, I'm glad for the helpful staff at the UPS store who make the process easier. What really impressed me was how they helped me with an issue one of my packages had. It had been sent back to me because the customs form was not descriptive enough. I took it back and they went above and beyond for me by searching for possible item bans and customs' preferred descriptions. They even personally took it to the post office for me to ensure the updated customs form met their standards which really impressed me! All in all, very friendly and helpful staff that always go the extra mile for their customers. Will be shipping from here every time.
