    Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning

    Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning

Damien worked with me and my crazy schedule and got us in. Thank goodness!!! Carpets looked so good, I feel comfortable again, and he was worth the cost!! Did not over charge was very reasonable and realistic with the cost! I cannot thank you more! I will keep my pups around. Haha

He was probably the quickest and most responsive service provider I've ever worked with--excellent communication and very informative, offering different package options based on my needs. I decided to book after reading his great reviews, and I couldn't be happier that I did! My pup has been sick over the past week (IYKYK), and I also had some red clay mud tracked in on my front steps from ongoing new construction and workers coming and going. My home is three stories, so not a small job! Damian walked through the house with me, explained his method of treatment, and then got right to work. I was shocked when several stains I thought would never come out actually did! My house smells so fresh, and Damian was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hire this young man who's working hard to support his family--he's knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent. I couldn't be more pleased with both the results and the value. Thanks, Damian! I look forward to working with you again on future projects

Sweeper1 Carpet Cleaning - Scott hard at work

    Sweeper1 Carpet Cleaning

I wanted to wait a few days before writing this review to give Scott with SWeeper 1 Carpet Cleaning…read morea chance to reflect and possibly try to make things right and correct the situation. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened, and I now feel it's necessary to share my experience so others can be warned why I do not recommend this company. I originally chose Scott's company because of the glowing reviews and because I wanted to support a local small business. His quote was less than half of the competitors', which seemed like a great deal at the time. But now I understand why it was so cheap. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it was a rushed, unprofessional job that left us extremely disappointed. When I first spoke with Scott, he didn't seem confident in being able to remove the stains in our carpet. I told him I wasn't expecting perfection, just a thorough, professional job. Scott came to do the cleaning in March, and from start to finish, he was in and out in about 35 minutes. It felt rushed. When he left, my husband and I immediately noticed the job was sloppy and clearly done without care. He didn't clean all the areas we expected, including only the tops of the stairs and not the stair faces. The difference in the carpet's appearance was barely noticeable. It felt like there was no attention to detail, no pride in his work & just a quick job and out the door with our money. Even worse, while in our home, Scott made a rude comment about our children, saying they "really put him to work." The whole experience was uncomfortable. Scott was not friendly, and it felt like he was just trying to make a quick buck without putting any real effort or pride into his work. That, paired with his overall judgy personality just didn't sit well with me and made the interaction uncomfortable. He wasn't friendly and certainly didn't come across as someone who values his customers or his family-run business. I had never intended on hiring Scott again. Because of how uncomfortable our encounter was, I didn't reach out. I had no plans to. A few weeks later, when we realized we'd need to hire another cleaner to do it right, I consulted another professional who actually encouraged me to go back to Scott and express my concerns. I emailed SWeeper 1, and politely explained that we were dissatisfied with the job and if he suggested anything for us. Scott's wife quickly responded asking us to call. When my husband spoke with Scott, he said he'd come redo the job for free, adding that he "couldn't afford a bad review." Despite our hesitation, we agreed and gave Scott the opportunity to redeem himself. When Scott arrived, my husband and I were still clearing items off the carpet. Instead of just getting to work, Scott began questioning why we were unhappy, even though we had just discussed all of it over the phone a few days earlier in detail. My husband explained that we felt the original job was rushed and unsatisfactory. Instead of accepting the feedback and doing the job he volunteered to fix, Scott pushed back and became argumentative. Rather than listening and just making it right, Scott kept pushing back, arguing, and defending his work. It was beyond frustrating at this point, already having to do this twice. It didn't appear that Scott respected our time and want we thought about his work. At that point, I stepped in and told Scott that he could either clean the carpets or leave. He agreed to do the job, but still continued to argue and press us on "what exactly the problem was." It became clear to me that Scott didn't want to be there and wasn't committed to making this right. With the way he was behaving, i truly didn't feel comfortable having him work in my home any longer at this point. I told him we weren't going to continue rehashing it and he needed to either clean the carpets or he was being asked to leave. Scott then stormed down my stair case. As we realized Scott ultimately chose to walk out, and waited our time, we let him know we would be submitting that bad review. He continued to walked away and stormed of our house (i have the camera footage) and sped off down the street. This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior for someone who drives around with your family's company logo on your truck in a residential neighborhood. In the end, I paid $250 that I lost for an incomplete and careless job, and was left with the same dirty carpets I started with. Scott neglected the job he insisted on redoing. My carpets are still not properly cleaned. To top it all off, Scott later sent me a "thumbs up" emoji on Facebook the following evening, adding insult to injury. I can not believe this man runs a business. Others may have had a good experience with this company, but mine was far from it. Scott might have a few happy customers, but we were not one of them. The low price is tempting, but it came at the cost of quality, professionalism, and comfort. Scott showed none of these qualities
