I highly recommend DJO Home Cleaning to anyone in the Charlotte area! I sent Alex an email late Friday evening asking if I could schedule something on short notice as I was having company in town in a few days. Alex responded within a few hours giving me all of the information I had requested, along with a detailed breakdown of what's included in the standard cleaning and optional add-on services. I decided to book the standard cleaning for that Monday, but then emailed Alex last minute on Monday morning to ask about adding on an additional service (organization) and he said it was no problem. Great service and quality! The employees followed Covid guidelines so I felt safe with them around cleaning inside my home. The deep clean that they did on my carpet was amazing, I usually have allergies at home due to the carpet collecting dust over the years but it has been a month and no symptoms so far, I'm cured!
