Absolutely Useless Service - Save Your Time and Call Someone Else…read more I contacted Ramos/ASAP Towing for a lockout because I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk after getting home from work and tossing my duty belt in there. A pretty simple situation, right? Apparently not for them. They arrived on scene, looked at the car, and immediately said there was "nothing they could do" to open the trunk. No effort, no problem-solving, no actual service provided -- just showed up to tell me they couldn't help. Completely pointless. After wasting my time, I called 1st Class Towing instead. They arrived and had the trunk open within seconds. Seconds. I got my keys, got back into my vehicle, and moved on with my day. So clearly the issue wasn't the car -- it was the lack of skill, knowledge, or willingness from Ramos/ASAP Towing. If you want someone to actually solve your problem, don't call them. Save yourself the frustration and call a company that knows what they're doing the first time.

Generally favoring the Chevy / GMC line. We were drawn to this Granit grey ram from the street, unsure if it was new or used until we pulled in and looked it over. All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. This review is NOT about quality of work…read more I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.
