The fact that he was so prompt and transparent from the beginning is why I decided to book with him. Upon some extensive research, I found Royal Crown on Yelp and could not be any more pleased with our experience. Five stars doesn't do it justice! My husband and I were traveling to Vegas with a large group of friends and needed to rent a party bus to take us to and from our wedding ceremony. Brad was super responsive and made the whole experience stress free. Upon reaching out about the party bus, he let us know he also had private black SUVs available for airport pick up and drop off. When we arrived at LAS, he met us at baggage claim and helped us carry out our luggage. We needed to pick up our marriage license and run a few errands before going to our hotel on the strip, he was super accommodating and patient. The night of our wedding, he picked us up from the hotel with a cooler stocked with ice, cups, waters, and a bottle of champagne. We brought our own drinks as well. We were able to play our own music via Bluetooth on the bus. Our friends (and myself) can be a rowdy bunch but Brad was unphased by the craziness. The bus was immaculate and the lights inside made it quite the party. The party bus was the highlight of the night, I honestly wish we would have booked it for more than one night! I almost don't want to write the review because the company was so jive that I want to keep them my little secret but I also am extremely grateful. Brad is the one that I booked with. Booking was really really easy. I asked for bids on there and he responded and then sent me his number for a text. The hard part about getting to Vegas via plane is that if you do not take a car seat transportation via Uber is not possible because a car seat is necessary. So in the bud that I asked I was honest about needing a car seat. A lot of other places were like no we will not do it but this place was equipped and it was easy. The best thing was that he showed up with a party bus. It still would have been great without it but it was great to have the kids we were with experience it! On the way back they also picked us up we got a black gmc. The driver was very friendly and made sure we were at the airport on time! I paid at both rides. It was a decent price for how many of us there were and overall we were super happy with the service and how nice they were!!! Forgot to add that the black suv was very nice and clean. We contacted Royal Crown before our family trip to Vegas. Paula and Brad were outstanding in their communication to us, and were able to offer exactly what we wanted, which was about 5 hours of being driven to different Vegas locations. We let Brad know all of the sites we wanted to visit and he was more than happy to bring us to each and every destination and wait as long as we wanted to stay. When we were ready to head to the next stop, I just texted Brad and he was at the door waiting! And if you want your picture taken at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, Brad is your guy! We took our daughters to Vegas for their 21st birthday and were searching for a comfortable ride to and from the airport. I had reached out to 5 other transportation options and Brad responded to me within an hour of my request. We were holding out for limo service and thank goodness we went with Brad.
