In particular just trying to pay your bill each month. This company should fire whoever they are using to automate their system. I have used straight talk for years and years and I would guesstimate at this point I have a month of my life tied up with trying to pay my bill each month. As there is no excuse for a company of this size to have such a flawed system with all the advances in AI technology. It is awful and the moment I find a company with a better support network that operates with no contracts I will switch at this point.

The store mgr said nothing he can do about it.  the sales clerk is no longer there (naturally). This is not the first issue that I have had with this store, but it will be the last as I will never go there again. Well, I must update this. I found a receipt that was emailed to me which proved my trade-in so looks like I am good. But still, what an ordeal to go through.
