He could have charged me an arm and a leg (and another leg ! ) but he knew I was in a pickle and gave me a price that was way more than fair. Then he did an amazing job clearing the lots, widening the long entrances to the building, salting and he even got out of the truck to shovel out a door that was plowed in by the previous snow storm. Not only is Corey a really great guy who really helped us out in a pickle , he is a honest dealer, and does a really really great and thorough job. The man who came to give the quote about the problem tree also advised regarding safety and health of other trees on the property and ultimately I ended up having them take three trees down. Their pricing seemed affordable to me, scheduling was easy and watching them work was a TREAT. They were like superheroes in their craft. I stayed indoors and watched from the windows stress-free and in awe as they easily took these massive trees down and chipped them up for removal. The men that I dealt with were polite and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Recently I recommended them to a neighbor who needed extensive tree work done as well and they were on site from 7am til after 8pm (in the dark!) working hard. I also sent a text message, which was ignored. I had rearranged my morning and waited, only to be ghosted with no explanation. If my job wasn't a good fit, a simple message or call would've been appreciated. Ignoring potential clients is not only unprofessional, it's just bad business.
