The NEW manager Denise is amazing. She really helps people out and works with you to get your spot. She is also resourceful, takes care of your rent payments, answers the phone and handles the mailroom. As to what the previous reviewer said...He is correct somewhat... The resort is not scenic in all spots but it does have trees and grassy areas (I agree it is not for picnicking). They do actually have chairs at the pool now. It is about a mile or so before you get to town or around any subdivisions. It is really close to the lake but not on the lake. The High School zoned for this RV park is Chisholm Trail High School at EMS-ISD just in case you are wondering about where your kids would go to school. I am a teacher at Boswell High School and BHS is zoned across the street of Robertson Road. Large dogs are welcome here and you must clean up after your pet. Night curfew at 10pm. Rent is $650 for ALL gravel spaces, $725 for Large Concrete Slabs. The residents are friendly and help one another in need. Me and my husband have been helping others and others have helped us and our sons. This is a family friendly RV park and they do not tolerate riff raff, wild parties, or drugs. If you do any of those you will get kicked out immediately! Background checks are required including an application fee. You only get 2 parking spaces. This is mainly for long term living and month-to-month terms. This is by far one of the top 3 RV parks for long term stays in DFW. The layout is not organized so much because it was expanded and added on to over a long time. It isn't perfect but its good enough for what is out there. If you want beautiful scenic resorts you need to go stay at at a 14 day or less campsite at a state park that costs 4 times the price. This is not that. read more

I've been here at Eagle for just over 2 years. It's not too big or small, has all the same amenities as an apartment complex (minus a workout room), conveniently located between Saginaw, Azle, and Lake Worth in a quiet spot near the nature center. Just enough kids around to hear all the happy, playful laughter, but not so many to be over-run with school fundraisers. Pet friendly with friendly pet owners. Plenty of fun community activities throughout the year. Professional and responsive management and staff. My favorite part is the community; lots of friendly folks of all ages! You always see people helping others with rv/car issues, giving away kids clothes and sharing helpful information. I, personally, have been sick and a few checked on me, having not seen me milling about for a few days. Long or short term, I've only had an issue 1 time, and it was resolved quickly and politely. Everyone seems to be respectful of the neighbors. Eagle surpasses any expectations I had when I initially parked here. read more

I have lived here for over a year as a full time RV Resident and I wouldn't pick any other resort to call home. Well makn and affordable rv resort. Bathrooms and always stocked and clean. Laundry facilities allow for many residents to complete their laundry. Recreational hall is clean and equipped with some work out machines, pool table, and recreational activitled for the family. This resort is pet friendly for all sizes and kid friendly. There is a small dog run area and a park for the kids! The pool is a huge bonus and stays open longer than just the summer season! Highly recommend it. I have been calling Eagle Resorts home for almost 2 years and that's exactly what it is...home. Jennifer the property manager is amazing, constantly giving of herself, ensuring all of us residents have everything we need. This RV park is a great choice wether you are just visiting Texas or looking for a long term rv community. The people are very friendly and the manager works very hard to make the park a safe and beautiful place to live! I love how you are close enough to downtown Fort Worth, but you can still see the stars at night. They have a beautiful pool, dog park, clubhouse with workout equipment and a laundry room. Most weekends you will find fire pits and neighbors gathering for food. It a great place to stop in and stay for a while! Highly recommend! read more

We have lived here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. Year round pool access, dog park and community events. They just updated the main entrance to asphalt, which has been a game changer! It's affordable and safe they do background checks and there's lots of kids. Definitely recommend. We are moving only because we are done with the RV life but have enjoyed our time here. Safe, quiet and amazing customer service. Management is on point! Not many more things to ask for as far as amenities. Pool rec room with pool table foosball table, tv, lounges, coffee, fitness center, laundry room, 4 private restrooms, picnic area, security cameras, dog park, kids park, adults only section, They have it all and then 1 mile from the lake and swimming access. This RV park is very nice and everyone who lives here is super friendly! There are many great amenities available including a pool, laundry room, shower houses, and a recreation room. We have been here for about 6 months and love it! The park manager Jennifer is always very responsive when you message her and keeps the park very clean!
