Stay away from this place! Seriously. I got my first tattoo here the other day... and it was a nightmare. The whole process was rushed (that should have been the first clue- i should have walked right out the effing door). They finished up with the guy before me and hurried me in. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. I told the woman what I wanted and she just turned away from me and mumbled, "I know". I tried to explain because the design could be a little confusing- it's Korean characters and she wasn't Korean... So I was just trying to help her out. She then tried to put the transfer on my skin (the stencil that they follow when putting the ink on your skin). I told her "excuse me, I want it a little lower. And that's not facing the right way." and she act like I just insulted her ancestors (I really wanted to be like, "AHEM!!!! Listen *****, this is going on MY skin, so I'm going to tell you WTF *I* want- don't act like *I* am the one doing it wrong"). So after setting her straight she started to work. And this is where it just gets WORSE. (WHY THE HECK DIDN'T I JUST LEAVE?!?!?!?!?!) So she starts to draw the lines and I'm thinking "dude... this doesn't even hurt! Actually... it tickles.." then as she continues it starts to pinch- it;s kind of a hair raising sensation- and I have to look away because I start freaking out a little bit). About ten minutes later she looks at me and says, "stop being so tense. the ink isn't working." WTFFFFFFFFF. I look down and I'm like "WHAT????" I'm more perplexed than anything- ther are lines on my skin, but they really aren't solid. Like... at all. And wtf- you're digging a needle with ink into my skin- if my skin isn't taking it- I think it's your fault. So another ten minutes and she says she's done. I look at it- I mean. it's okay from a distance- but totally lackluster. I end up paying and leaving- I'd rather go somewhere else to get it FIXED RIGHT than have this woman dig her way into my veins. I immediately call Vanh's tattoo (I will review that next) and tel them I'm coming in to get his fixed- no matter the cost. Seriously- save yourself the trouble. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. MY EXPERIENCE IS BAD ENOUGH. A TATTOO BUSINESS SHOULD NEVER HAVE EVEN ONE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. The workmanship was crappy- ENOUGH SAID. this is not my first time going to eagles ive been there for piercings (tongue and navel) but it ws my first and last time gettin a tattoo there ... to begin with he does not speak very good english. so instead of lokin dumb tryna to speak to him drew out what i had wanted... then of course he understood ... i felt rushed AND he made me pay before .. felt kind of akward... i even asked him did he not trust me i flashed money in his face to prove i was gonna pay and in cash ... his wife is alot more friendly at least to me ... piercing are good but not tattoos my stars arent completley filled in an are crooked .. i wanted to leave but he had already started an already had my money read more

Was interested in getting a substantially large piece done on my left side. Something that of flowers with music tied in. Sat with the owner and his assistant and came up with a gorgeous tattoo with orchids, and three measures of music in treble clef to be placed across the center of the flower image... Totally gorgeous. Additionally, was looking for a small tattoo on my wrist of I love you in sign language. That one took way less time, just about 10 minutes, and after healing it looks great! Still holding off on the big piece to save up some money....All it took was sharing a bit of my ideas and the artists were willing and happy to work with me, on placement and everything (and by the way, that took several tries, of placing, and replacing, because I am particularly picky.) I found they had patience, and were great to work with, which the other reviewers I feel like would disagree. Definitely go see for yourself. I know I don't regret it. Went to this place when it first opened. The owner tattooed me. Arm band tat real simple design, he use the stencil. Told him it look kind of light when he was tattooing me, he said he will be darker. I was like are you sure, that didn't make sense. Anyways I had to come back and go through the pain again, he had to Re color the whole tat again. Also any tattoo artist that can't free draw, stay away from them! read more

i don't know anything about the tatto department so i won't say anything about them , but the reason i'm going to write a comment here bc the tattoo n body piercing are in a same place ( the body piercing on the left n the tattoo on the right of the room) - i'm not sure if its owned by the same person , but there was a middle age vietnamese lady who took care of the body piercing shop - also, she was the one gave me a "horibble tongue piercing" - - not straight , took longer time n more painful than it supposed !!! i'm saying this bc this isnt my 1st time getting a piercing ( i had more than enough piercings on my body , this is the 2nd im getting a tongue piercing so at least, i understood enough the basic of how are the steps n how long does it take to get it done !!! ) so the reason she gave me this horrible , not straight looking piercing , bc she moved her hand to much n took too much time ( usually it takes about 15-20' for the whole process from prep, cleaning,... ) to do it!! moreover, she even dropped the bottom piercing ball into my t-shirt while doing it, wth !!? i did all she asked me to do ( especially when she asked me to mark down the area where i wanted to have the piercing hole ) . of course, right afterward , it's hard to tell right the way if it looks 100% straight or not , bc i was in pain n the tongue is swollen still !! 6 days later, i came back bc it been almost a week n it doesn't look right as it should !! i was hoping that after i show her , she'd redo it again for me - n for free of course, bc it wasnt my fault to have it done n not straight !! i was in shock n i couldnt believe about what i heard from her : i dont think there is anything wrong with it, it looks "straight " to me, i dont know what are you talking about !! -( to make sure i wasn't the only one think it isnt straight, i showed it to at least 5-6 ppl i know n they all agreed with me that i was right !!) i told her what exactly me n mine friends thought of , she said : if they said the piercing isnt straight then go to them n let they redo it for ya, i have nothing else to do with you n she turned her back to me !! i left the place unhappy after saying that i'd never come back again bc the way they treating their customer was "awful , irresponsible , impolite n unprofessional " !!! moreover , there are 2 other customers were witnessed the whole thing happening n she told them that i'm crazy ,..... the bottom line is : everybody, please learn from my lesson ( i paid $50 cash , still unhappy n have to looking for another place to redo again !!) - if you dont want something like this happen to you all , then " stay away from this place n do not ever go there to get your "body piercing" done under any circumstances !!! btw, that lady she wasnt fluent in eng.( i know that my eng. isn't that perfect either but i still can at least understand / spoken in eng . a bit better than her !! ) - no wonder why she gave me the " yes" answer for everything i asked/ said to her n i'm vietnamese too( i still can't believe that was how she treated her own kind !!! read more

alright. so last year i got a tattoo there. i agree with previous posts, this place is horrible. they had terrible service. i was the only customer there . i was very rushed i ended up picking something sort of out of nowhere. its a cool tat. but they didnt fill it in well at all. i had to get them to refill it. and they STILLL didnt do it well enough.... i went to my friends tat shop and they said that my tattoo would be about $100 to fix up... so $250 for a tat, and later on down the road i have to pay an extra $100 for their incompetence... they also need to SPEEKA EEENGRISH. read more
