He was patient with my wife and her tendency to battle indecision with plant options. He laid out our options clearly, explaining the pros and cons of different trees and plants. He worked with us on our decisions and understood we had a budget goal we wanted to achieve. Eric's communication was awesome! He always got back to us quickly, and was always available to answer questions when we had them. He texted us with updates and was honest about timing. He went above and beyond to help us feel good about our project, and his team was clean, efficient and punctual. Near the end of the project, Eric even met us out in Escondido at 6:30AM to help us decide on rock choices (color and size), giving us the confidence that we'd chosen the right option. I cannot recommend Eric/Wulfscape enough to anyone looking to do a yard remodeling project. They didn't try to "upsell" us at all, but rather helped us make sound decisions which will ultimately help us save money in the long run. We explained our vision, and Andrew made great suggestions to maximize our budget. They also thoroughly reviewed my HOA guidelines and helped me submit an architectural improvement package towards my HOA that got approved quickly. Throughout the project they were very responsive and answered my 1000x questions. Andrew truly cares about his customers and wants to put his best foot forward. For one thing, Brent's communication is ATROCIOUS. Every single step of the way. You will always have to hunt him down if you discuss anything. Huge red flag. For another thing, he was COMPLETELY disrespectful of the budget we told him. He smiled and nodded and then proceeded to give us a plan 4-5 times what we asked for. Brent totally botched one corner of our yard, and did not have the competence to fix it, or willingness to look into it further or hire a subcontractor. He has just stopped communicating with us even though as of July 31st of this year he texted us that he would be coming over to look at it again. He does not take responsibility for any of this of course- it is the manufacturer's fault or our fault because our budget was so small (still tens of thousands of dollars) that he was barely willing to take a job like this and he let us know it. After we paid him, of course. His design work is nothing you should pay this kind of money for. We are looking into our rights and options now. I would caution anyone against working with him.
