The work was done beautifully, with a very nice concrete pour which closely matched our surrounding deck. They also redid our backyard sprinkler system, which really needed some (forgive me) TLC. Excellent work there also. These guys were efficient, on time and on schedule, and on budget. Working with this group has been a pleasure, and TLC is in our address book moving forward. These guys are terrible! I live in a condo complex and we pay ALOT of money for below average work. 1- the worker who comes in with the blower, makes my area even dirtier then it was before he arrived. 2 - they leave a mess of leaves, the area does not look cleaner after they leave. 3 - they don't bother to rake 4 - they over trim the bushes by removing the green and keeping the stems and trunks. 5 - they take the easy route every single time. 6 - we have wisteria trees, and their idea of maintaining the trees is to lop the top, which means we never get any blooms and they leave the stems and trunks untouched. I myself could do a better job than these guys. Unfortunately, I'm in an HOA and I don't have any say in the matter. If you want speed, these guys are fine. But if you want quality go somewhere else. They do a terrible job and honestly, I don't think they know what they're doing. read more

Avoid at all costs. I blame myself for not doing more research. I hired this guy to install a French drain -- huge mistake. No written estimate, then tried to raise the price mid-job from what we had already agreed on. The work itself was careless. He did a ton of unnecessary digging, used impermeable plastic in the system, and didn't even cap a drain. On top of that, he piled the plants he dug out right onto my dwarf blood red Japanese maple -- some were literally sitting on the branches. I fired him before he could make things worse. Unfortunately, the job I put out for bid did not go forward, for reasons completely unrelated to TLC Landscape Services. However, I would definitely recommend Tony and his company for your irrigation needs. I had envisioned extending my existing backyard waterline some 60' in one direction and 40' in another with each run terminating in a standpipe with three spigots each. The intent was to run various drip lines to multiple landscaping areas with different watering needs.
