I took my 5-year-old Starkey hearing aids in to find out why they didn't work with my new iPhone…read more16. Jessica and Jill ran diagnostics and determined that the hearing aids both had major problems. Jill carefully explained all my options. we decided that my best option was to send my hearing aids to Starkey for repair. We agreed that $720 to have them repaired was a better option than purchasing new $7000 hearing aids. 11 days later my repaired hearing aids were back. Madie told me that rather than repairing my old hearing aids, Starkey replaced them with brand new hearing aids with a new 1-year warranty. Longmont Hearing & Tinnitus Center puts customers ahead of profit. I am a TOTALLY SATIFIED CUSTOMER. Have A Happy Day Jim Simpson

She cleaned my hearing aids and changed the ear tips putting a smaller ear tip so that the hearing aids were less occulted. The Office staff was very welcoming and offered me water prior to my appointment. I actually saw Jill a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Thank you for a great experience.

I visited Dr. Cavanaugh after two practitioners told me to see an ENT because they said I had…read more"Eustachian tube disfunction". I reluctantly made the appointment with a specialist. As I expected, Dr. Cavanaugh said there was nothing wrong with my Eustachian tubes and my ears were fine. I was glad to get this confirmed and have since figured out my problem on my own (which had nothing to do with my ears). Dr. Cavanaugh was personable and I'm sure he's a competent, knowledgeable doctor. I read negative comments about staff but the front desk and nurse who got me set up, were both very kind and friendly. During the exam, he said he saw a bit of ear wax, and without asking my permission, preceded to use a machine to extract the ear wax. When I received my bill, I was charged an additional $105 for this unneeded procedure. I have a high deductible so I knew none of this visit would be covered. I was not forewarned that there would be an additional fee on top of the office visit. When leaving he had me schedule a follow up even though he said there was nothing wrong with my ears. (I cancelled) My warning is: demand a break-down of ALL the charges for your visit. I wish I'd said when I entered the room that I want to know if there will be any additional charges on top of the office visit. And beware that he may want you to return for a follow up. Use your judgement on that. I have no problem paying the office visit, but I'm upset that I was nickel and dimed.

We discussed the surgery I had as a child and he said that due to the result I needed to come in yearly to get it cleared out. The quality of care was great. I would recommend this business to anybody needing an ENT. oh and it did not take 8 weeks to get in like the other business l called.

My child needs his tonsils out. We've been going back and forth with doctors for several years, and…read morefinally, the doctor agreed it was time. We scheduled a surgery with Foothills Surgery Center, they have nowhere that you can leave reviews (I wonder why!). I was told we needed $400 before the surgery. Yesterday, I received a text stating that I had to come up with $3000 or my kid couldn't have his surgery. I called the surgery center, and they gave me options that I still could not afford. I asked for a monthly payment plan, and they refused. They either needed the $3k in full, $2500 plus additional monthly payments, or $1500 or more in monthly payments. I don't have that kind of cash! Their last option was CareCredit. I am not opening a credit card to pay interest on medical procedures; that is ridiculous. They canceled my surgery and refused to speak to me further. Boulder ENT then called me and told me that the surgery center is "not a charity". I wasn't asking for anything for free, I was asking for a payment plan that fits my budget and doesn't involve interest. The rep I spoke to told me, "Here is a name of a doctor, I have nothing else for you." Beware if you book here because Boulder ENT and Foothills Surgery center only care about money, not the health of patients. I'm pretty sure that them giving me a payment plan that fits my budget wouldn't hurt their pockets. And they do not care that they are hurting my pockets. This isn't about patient health anymore; this is only about money. I thought Doctors take an oath to do no harm!

I'm no doctor but I don't see how I could possibly get a diagnosis without a nasal endoscopy since that's really just looking up my nose with a special scope; however my entire visit was billed at $300!!! I spent 7 minutes with the doctor, he stuck a scope up my nose and told me I needed to come back because he wasn't sure what my issue was. $300!!! $42 per minute. I called to discuss this with the billing department three times leaving messages for the billing department manager. He never called me back -- the office just keeps sending the same bill over and over. Not a great experience.
