Then winn began the work. turns out after they did the other work contracted, and after they finished.... we noticed the ceramic cooktop was totally cracked in the corner. the range hood was a very heavy stainless steel piece. I believe when they removed it , they dropped it and damaged the cooktop. of course. the owner wouldn't take responsibility . he said it was already like that. My son actually cut his finger and a deep gash because he didn't see the crack at first! bad experience !

They came out to see the project and were able to get me a quote the next day. They completed the construction of a greenhouse in just two days. I also had them put up shelves in my basement, and take care of a few smaller jobs around the house for me. The thing I really appreciated was that they were transparent and made honest recommendations. The custom masonry work they did for the floor of my greenhouse looked great. They really took the time to make sure everything was done properly. They are also properly ensured and will pull the appropriate permits needed to complete the job where necessary. They are super responsive as well and were able to provide me with quotes for other projects I was interested in. They can do anything for you and even construct entire homes. They were patient with all of my many questions! Although the project was delayed by 4 months because of the pandemic, Kelly was very patient with rescheduling everything. The staff that came to my home for both the measuring and install were highly professional. Even the local Baltimore delivery company that delivered the cabinets (CDS) had great service. Treasure their quality and their work ethics! 20+ years ago BWN waterproofed the basement of my then new house. Despite having a property on high ground, water has a way of getting in and flooding and unprotected basement. BWM installed French drains, along with a sump pump and emergency backup battery system. It kept my now finished basement safe and dry for over 20 years!!! Recently, however, there were heavy rains and a drainage pipe leading to the sump pump failed and a small portion of my basement was flooded. More carpet damage than anything else thankfully. I took videos of the leak the next heavy rain and contacted BWN. Despite 20+ years having gone by, they were still in business and stood by their Lifetime basement guarantee. They came back and not only fixed the issue with the one pipe, they preventatively applied the same fix to a similar second pipe, just in case!!! Cost to me, ZERO!!! You have to look long and hard for a company that has such a long time in the business and dutifully honors it's commitments to its customers. Thank you Basement Waterproofing Nationwide!! NEVER let these guys in your house…read more I first called them to work on my boiler. They charged me $300 bucks, found out later, they did not fix the problem. Then that night, my pressure relief valve on my hot water heater failed and soaked my basement. I made a HUGE mistake by calling the same company to send out some plumbers to fix the issue. They replaced the valve then came up stairs and said there was an error code showing low pilot light, but not to worry should resolve on its own. So they left. As I walked downstairs I smelled the strongest stench of natural gas I have ever smelled. Turns out these yahoos left a gas connection very loose. Which explains the low pilot light, because half the gas was leaking into my basement. Luckily someone was there (who actually fixed the boiler, AJ Micheal's tech) and he found the leak and tightened the connection while I scrambled to open windows. So of course I was upset that the plumbers almost blew up my house and killed my entire family. Called the dispatcher who essentially said, " well the leak is fixed and they are onto the next call so what do you want us to do?" Took 3 or 4 days of calling to get a supervisor on the line. Who did nothing for survive recovery. The plumbers who Albright Mechanical sent to my home were incompetent and dangerous. furthermore, the company showed zero urgency in addressing the situation. I truly hope they don't kill any one.
