The crew worked efficiently and finished the jobs in a couple of days. The hardwood flooring project took a frustrating turn, but Amir ultimately resolved it to our satisfaction. The crew installed the hardwood in summer 2023 and shortly afterwards much of it shrunk and developed creaking. After a lot of back and forth with Amir and the manufacturer, Renaissance replaced the problem areas. My wife and I appreciated Amir's professionalism and integrity. Our 1950s split-level home in Lutherville had old dingy and dirty wall-to-wall carpet since we moved in. Once the carpet was removed, the original oak floors were revealed, which had been badly stained and darkened over the years....including several large stains from the previous owners' pets. The Mr. Sandless team spent a few days prepping and refinishing the floors, and the results are 1000x better than the old carpet! The pet stains disappeared and the dull dark stained oak is now a beautiful natural honey color.
