Holy Moly!! Awesome BBQ. We ordered from their food truck in our Smithfarm community. We got, the brisket quesadia , pulled pork sandwich and the rib sandwich. All were fully loaded, and delicious. Smoked to perfection. Plenty of food, decent price . Will definitely be looking for Earl in the future.

Earl's Slow and Low is the REAL DEAL! Glen, the owner, really smokes SLOW and LOW to ensure the meat is PERFECTLY tender! My "go-to" is the bowl. Yellow rice, topped with brisket, black beans, cilantro, and I ask for sour cream on top! I ask for a sweet and a spicy bbq on the side for the PERFECT bite. Their sandwiches, wings, and tacos, everything is SUPERB!

Earl's Slow & Low BBQ was at the Ocean Brews & Blues festival this weekend. A friend of mine (who is a bit of a pit master himself) got in line for a pulled pork sandwich. His order came up quick and immediately after his nod of approval I jumped in line to order a pulled pork quesadilla. Like his sandwich, it was loaded with pulled pork. I got both the regular and hot bbq sauce with mine. They were both fantastic. I wasn't able to finish the quesadilla myself so everyone I was with tried a bite or two and they all loved it too. I wish the area they served was closer to me! Would definitely want to try more of the menu.

I tried the Jerk Chicken Rice Bowl with the Spicy BBQ, and I'm still in awe.

We got the pulled pork sandwich, (the only tolerable item to eat) and the 2 meat combo with brisket & ribs. The sides were corn bread l, Mac & beans. The brisket was so dry, as shown in the photo and the ribs couldn't even been chewed off or cut off if we tried. They have two bbq sauces a smoked bbq sauce and a mustard sauce. No plain or basic bbq sauces. That could have made the pork a bit better. The Mac n cheese was good but came out cold. The beans tasted odd, then I looked at the menu and saw that they were vegetarian. Interesting. Lastly the cornbread... I couldn't believe it. It was soaked in some kind of hunny sauce. That was so sweet, if it was just the cornbread it would have tasted better. This is a hard pass. Sorry. Way too many places around to get good bbq.

He got the pulled pork with collard greens and beans. He liked it all. I tried his sides and they were great. I got the small brisket platter. There were only two slices of meat on the plate -- looked quite skimpy especially after removing the fatty edge. The meat was a bit dry and needed help -- by adding some of the sweet bbq sauce. I wouldn't order the brisket again. For my sides, I got the shells Mac n cheese. That was creamy. I liked it. And I got the sticky corn bread. That was a bit too sweet. I'd get it plain next time, if I got it again. We shared a sweet tea. I didn't care for it at all. There was so much honey flavor in it that it was almost thick and cloying. Not refreshing at all. I'd get a soda next time. For someone who loves sweet, I was surprised to ever find "too sweet" in my vocabulary. But I'd definitely come back to try the ribs or the pork. The pastrami sounds intriguing, but they don't always have it and it's not available on a set schedule. I asked about it and was told to call to see if they had it that day. But the lemony collards and beans will definitely be added into my future visit.

We were not aware of side dish options so he kindly went over options We did not go inside so this review is based on our to go order. However while waiting we looked inside & it looked inviting. It was just me & my nephew so our order was simple & small. We ordered the fried chicken combo with fries, roasted corn and slaw Menu states & waiter said please allow 20 mins for the fried chicken & it was 20 min wait We also ordered the kids meal with Ribs the sides were corn bread and mashed potatoes. My little nephew loved his rib meal. The fried chicken meat was good but it was the crunch outside that was a miss for me. The crunch was way overcooked almost had a burnt taste. I'm sure there's some that would enjoy this type but I didn't care for it Perhaps our next visit we will be a sit down meal & I will update my review

It took a few minutes to get a grasp on the menu. The staff was friendly and helped explain everything. I ultimately went with the lean brisket, a side of coleslaw, a side of collard greens and they also added in a piece of cornbread. My wife got the same, except she got the regular brisket which was much more fatty. I absolutely loved my food. Even though the brisket was lean, it was still very tender and of course the flavor was sensational. The sides were also solid. I liked that the coleslaw was chopped on the finer side and it wasn't too saucy. The collard greens also had great seasoning. I didn't try the cornbread but it looked pretty good. The only complaint we had was the texture of my wife's brisket which was a little on the mushy side. The flavor was good, it's just texture wise, most of it was like a big blob of meat and fat, rather than brisket slices. She wound up throwing more than half away. I've actually passed this place a million times and eaten at restaurants all over the area. But somehow I never stopped in at Mission BBQ. Glad I did! Four stars, I am looking forward to trying more items off their menu.
