This filling is silky, creamy, and dreamy custard. Carrot cake croissant: this is like taking a bite into the fall season. Great croissant, and the filling is literal carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The spice profile is so warm and cozy. Raspberry hibiscus vegan bundt - I loved that you could really taste the floral note with the raspberry. I can't believe it's vegan! It is just as soft as the olive oil cake.
