The meat was so tender It fell right off the bone and had a black pepper seasoning taste to it. I'm a sauce whore and love sauces but could definitely eat these without any barbecue sauce. Out of all the sides we got I would definitely get the potato salad again. It was probably my favorite I've ever had. Now anytime we pass the area we're gonna have to stop to get some ribs and potato salad. I can't believe my niece who lives out here has been gate keeping this place.
