We went in there for my daughter's 13th birthday to pick up some vintage butterfly clips and vintage inspired shades. Of course since I'm plus size in the store now has a legitimate true vintage plus size section I was rifling through all of the things I really wanted. I'm attending a wedding next week with a vintage 1960s sequin dress that I got there over seven years ago. Anytime I need something special that's where I go. It was really nice of Dominique and Amanda to go out of their way and pull various pieces from their back stock for me to try on. Sadly, most of the pieces I really wanted were either much too big or much too small, but thats how vintage goes sometimes. I managed to leave with a 50s cotton dress and a 50s cotton circle skirt, both of which Im very thrilled about. Prices are slightly higher, but overall pretty fair. Theres pieces for every budget in this shop, without a doubt. I'll definitely visit again next time Im in town, and will certainly check out their social media regularly to see if theres anything I might want to have shipped to me. Since I buy most of my books at thrift stores and library sales, and they're heavy, being able to use the cart is a plus. I had to leave my cart by the door, get my car, and make four trips to get all the books and ramekins etc. Prices weren't bad. They have coupons and discounts. They're for-profit. Interesting. And publicly traded. I didn't look at any clothes, but they had a lot. I just don't need any. So no idea about quality or prices there. I might look another time. I might go back, because I may not have a book that I saw there yesterday, which is part of a series. Book selection was great. Prices were okay. If you donate books, you get a 20% coupon. It's really 3.5 stars because of the stick things on the cart and all the self-checkouts. They're for-profit, and apparently too greedy to hire cashiers and someone to retrieve shopping carts.
