The first time I finally got to a guy called Chris who said he would call be back in a few minutes with the numbers -- that was 2:07pm yesterday. I called again today and I am not sure if it was the same person, but they were equally rude and surly. He was so gruff I ended up annoyed and I hung up. If this is what they are like when you are a buyer, what are they like after the sale? Interface here has always been hit or miss, but I kissed up since they were the only game in town (I thought).

It was such a good deal I worried it wasn't a real place. But I called and dealt with Eric (he's awesome). He was straight forward, honest and really helpful. It's scary buying something unseen AND so far away. He made it flawless, and totally helped me pick (and have them installed) the accessories we bought for it. Mind you these are things we couldn't have afforded if the Rzr had been regular market price. We used a terrific shipping company called Sevat Transport. My only advice is to really research your shipping cost and the company you use before shipping it. It cost a little more to ship than we had planned. In the end, all in all a great experience. Wayne was able to jet my new bike to fit the kind of riding I do, and he gave me a lengthy overview on how to take care of the bike properly. In addition, the staff at Wayne is always available over the phone to answer my dumb questions. I look forward to getting my bike serviced here when I inevitably put it into a tree or rock - something that I'm sure will happen all too soon. I dont know when I'll get tired of my new TE300 - it's a real blast - but when I do I'll be buying my next Husqvarna from Wayne Cycle shop.

So I figured I would give them a chance to sell me a motorcycle - which is my purpose for making the long trip over the mountain. I found the bike I like and asked the 2 closest staff for information (the bikes did not have any tags). The two played hot potato so I went and used their restroom first. When I came back to the same bike, with my helmet and riding jacket in hand, nobody seemed very motivated to want to deal with me. So I left and have decided to see if I can make the purchase from Village Motorsports, 23436 Constitution Hwy, Unionville, VA 22567 instead. Their staff is so much friendlier and actually great you when you enter their facility.

He didn't just stop and help me, he asked me to come to his shop and let him look at it. He went to the point of making sure my tires had the right PSI. Eric showed me some tips and trips and gave me knowledge on proper maintenance of my motorcycle to avoid future issues. At the end he didn't even charge me, just wanted me to have a safe trip. I spoke with Nick on the phone and he offered to make the round trip and pick the box up from my house just so I could have my bike back in time. However, after Nick volunteered to drive to my house to get me squared away, that took my appreciation for their customer service to the next level. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I did not wind up buying a bike from Romney, however still wanted to share positive feedback…read more Chris was very easy to deal with back and forth via email, and I was happy to see that Romney Cycles does *not* price gouge like the other dealerships, my OTD estimate came with a few modest fees, and none of the revenue-generating filler items and add-ons like so many others tack on. (Other dealerships with the same bike added over two thousand dollars ($2k) in various fees, taxes, tariffs, levies and anything else they could dream up. I didn't seal this deal because I wound up buying a different bike that this dealership doesn't carry, but would've def gone with Chris if I had. And I live two states away!
