Gave them a call and was able to come right in and get the service done. The calibration didn't last too long and before I knew it, I got the calibration paperwork i-hand and notarized. The Staff: The staff were friendly. On the phone, I explained what I needed and they gave me a quote and it was true to their word. After my calibration, they gave me the paperwork and I paid what was discussed over the phone. Everyone was nice and straight when it came down to the service and pricing. Overall, a very good experience with Advanced Automotive in regards to a speedometer calibration. Prices are fair and work is good. Highly recommend.

I needed three very small things done, and told them that, since I had no one to drive me home, I would be waiting on the work to be done. I got there at the appointment time (2:00pm)... and waited THREE HOURS for them to finish. They couldn't even do one of the things (they have to order a part), so the two remaining small things took three hours, apparently. The waiting area was FREEZING cold, so I sat there shivering for all three hours, with no one bothering to check on me, offer me a coffee.... etc. A very unpleasant way for me to spend my afternoon.
