Told me they could do it tomorrow. Drove out to CC Rosen and they happily fit me in. CC Rosen said that they always try to squeeze someone in that needs a simple tire repair. After half hour of me asking questions, I find out that I can order them and have in 5 days - they never offered this option to me. I ordered a set of BF's, they had them in 2 days. (That 20 minutes ago was "unavailable") Upon install, they had two instructions - white letters out, and install/program new pressure sensors. Picked truck up - white letters were not showing, and sensors not programmed. They said, well just bring it back tomorrow and we'll fix it. I have 48 Allen head bold around my rims that they said they had to remove. Looking at them when got home, several were missing, paint chipped off, and several were cross-threaded and in the wheel crooked. I removed them all to repaint, and many off them were stripped and wouldn't even back out. They used power tool to install, in aluminum rims !!! No way would I ever hand my keys to them again. Their not concerned about your business, wreckless at their crappy work, and really couldn't care less. In talking to several people, they each had their own story of their inferior work that they basically shrugged their shoulders at, and had not corrected. So... stay far away, and look elsewhere for any auto services !!!

They claimed to have found a transmission and they needed to wait to get it out of another Jeep. Then I was told it wasn't the right kind. Then she claimed to have found one and again they needed to get it. The only time I get responses is if I show up at the shop and walk in. This is ridiculous. I leave numerous messages and no call is ever returned. I use to think these guys did a great job as they inspected and put the parts on it in February. But now that's the transmission has gone out, and the jumps and hurdles I'm going through, I will never take any vehicle or recommend them to anyone.

There was some kind of problem with getting the part to repair. After I picked up the car and got on highway, I found out it still wasn't dined correctly. Drove home with a terrible vibration. At that point I just wanted to get home and get my car home where a competent mechanic could fix it. The repair bill from Bridgewater was very high and I expected to get my car back repaired correctly. I also wanted to comment that during the month long wait I never received any updates unless I called them. Even if I called and left a message I never got a call back.

Use extreme caution with this shop. This isn't a one-off complaint--it's a pattern I've watched…read moredevelop. My employer and I used this garage for years for routine maintenance with generally acceptable results. Since they opened a second location, the consistency, transparency, and pricing have changed in ways that are hard to overlook. A company vehicle was returned to us with a stripped drain plug and an active oil leak after service. That's not a minor oversight--that's a fundamental failure. Soon after, I requested a quote for front brakes only on a 2021 Hyundai Palisade and was given an estimate of roughly $1,600. I sourced a complete upgraded brake set myself for $397 and completed the job without issue. Draw your own conclusions from that gap. Most recently, I brought in my wife's Subaru for tires, an oil change, and a noise diagnosis. The tires were installed, but the oil change and diagnostic were completely missed. I was told it "wasn't on the work order" and asked to bring the car back. That's a basic process failure. After returning the vehicle, I was told the issue was front wheel bearings and advised to replace both--quoted at approximately $1,000. I purchased the parts myself for $178, and standard labor time for this job is widely understood to be around 1.5 hours per side. When I asked for a clear breakdown of how that estimate was calculated--parts, labor hours, and rate--I was told their system could not provide that level of detail. That answer alone is concerning. If a shop can't explain how a four-figure repair is priced, that's a problem. At this point, the pattern is hard to ignore: Work not completed as requested Pricing that does not align with commonly accepted parts and labor ranges No meaningful transparency when questioned I have no issue paying for quality work. What I will not accept is unclear pricing, missed work, and answers that don't add up. If you're considering this shop, do your homework before approving any repairs. Take a few minutes to verify parts pricing and standard labor expectations. Without that, you may not realize how far off a quote actually is. Based on multiple recent experiences, I will not be returning.

After telling him that the newest employee was the one that worked on the car.... Buddy, you will be waiting FOREVER for them to even get to your vehicle. And then it'll take FOREVER to actually do the service. And then a sullen mechanic who doesn't enjoy people-ing and I'll toss some papers and some keys on the counter without a word. It's fine that a mechanic doesn't particularly want to talk to customers. I get it. Other staff are ostensibly present to handle these human vs shop interactions, but usually they're not. And when they are there, what you'll get is a big helping of "tough luck" or a story about work you need done on your car and scoffing indifference if you refuse. They've repeatedly been unable to help me in a timely manner, and I am not alone. I don't know why these folks don't care... in general... they just seem ornery and apathetic. So. Avoid this place. Unless they undergo a massive transformation. Until then, this place will just make your soul tired.
