Long-time customer and generally happy with the service, but two issues need fixing: 1. Too much contact - calls, texts, and emails keep coming even after a refill is ordered and paid for. 2. New labels are hard to use - only the name, medication, and dosage are in readable font on the front. Everything else important (Rx #, refills, fill/expiration dates, pharmacy phone, prescribing doctor) is in tiny font on the side, and it fades/rubs off over time. Even my doctor struggled to find this info recently. Please bring back a standard label with all info clearly printed on the front in normal font. Would love to keep using this pharmacy, but these need attention. read more

Horrific experience with HRT compounded prescriptions. They got my order completely wrong several times, they sent me the wrong items and then they tell me they will not refund me until I send the item back to them(they are expecting the correct item to be mailed back, like I was expecting the correct order). I already threw them out so, no refund for me I was told. I decided I am going to fish them out of the trash and send back. Another example is I had two packages opened by the time they got to me late. I had two other packages where the bottles were crushed and the pills were all over the place. They refunded me on that one cause I sent a photo. This complany is not regulated by the FDA, most compounding pharmacy's are not. I really don't trust that they can complete my order correctly or that the items in it will be correct. It is very frustrating as my doctor and I are trying to dial in the correct dosage. My local pharmacy tech at Rite Aid are more knowledgable about the prescriptions and prices than these people. Buyer BEWARE! read more

Earth Compounding Pharmacy is equivalent to being at a concierge Pharmacy. They treat you with one on one care. The Pharmacist will take the time to explain the medication and how to use it. When you call, you are helped immediately. There is no ON LINE waiting. If you can't get in to pick up your medication, they will ship with a minimal charge or if it's a large quantity, for free. I would give this pharmacy 5 stars on the customer service, quality etc. They are super nice and helpful people. The three stars is only due to the recent refill delivery situation. I have been refilling for delivery with the same timeliness but can no longer rely on getting the product before the prior one runs out. I can't seem to get an explanation on why this is happening or how to remedy it. Thus, I end having to drive to Pasadena (two hours round-trip) to pick up an emergent prescription. It is too far for me to continue doing this so going to have to locate another pharmacy. Hopefully this information will be helpful feedback for them. Otherwise, they are great. read more
