The people are nice but the service level is not acceptable. I work and I have had several delivery attempts by fed ex that I couldn't sign and receive my medication so I have gone 2 weeks without it and nobody calls me to figure out a solution on how to get it to me. Oh lord this pharmacy only works for people who do not have a 9-5 job so if you have odd work hours, a stay at home lush, or retired then good for you. Other than that attempting to get your medication filled or delivered via FedEx that randomly chooses where it wants to send packages to is a nightmare. I not only waited 4 days late for the prescription, but spent an hr yesterday locating this medicine to be picked up at the Walgreens that their staff sent. The staff claimed to have sent it to my house and then tried to blame Fed ex for the delay because fedex couldn't find me at Walgreens. See the screenshots above. See the offensive message from her without taking any ownership, and or fix the situation!! Only to further support the cause that this pharmacy dropped the ball and cannot be depended on and will also belittle the customer!! They should have refunded the entire order n resent it to me. Unnecessary price gouging. They charged me $525 for a 10 supply of Ivermectin and then I found I could get the same prescription for $70 at Strive Pharmacy! In these times, to take advantage of a customer because there are very few options to even get this prescription filled is a very slimy tactic. Have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. On various occasions they delivered medication and did not call to let me know it had arrived - leaving my medicine outside. In one case I found it in a planter on the steps. Today, I spoke to 2 different RUDE pharmacists/pharmacy techs who told me that it wasn't their responsibility to let me know that even though my prescription had a refill, a California based law (unknown to me), caused my refill to expire. They had simply texted me to call them with 24 hours notice and it was "my problem" that I didnt call them back fast enough to get the refill in time. Incredibly rude and told me to call my doctor myself because they didnt want to do any extra work. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. For the past year, Enovex Pharmacy has compounded difficult to come across medications for me. Each month, they remember to call before my fill date to check to see if I would like a refill. A very professional and knowledgeable staff providing excellent supplements. I've been using the for a couple of months and they have been providing all needed supplements in a timely fashion and have followed up to remind me on refills. The office is very clean and has big windows that let you look into the compounding room which looms very clean and professional. The pharmacist gave me very clear and understandable instructions and information about the supplements, and is very friendly. She gladly has answered any time I've had a question. I don't write many reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one, as the folks at Enovex have changed my life for the better in more ways than I can count. I originally went to Enovex to simply fill a prescription from my doctor, but then met Dr. Ike and started asking questions about how to improve my life in specific ways: better physical health, better memory, better everything. I called first to make sure they carried the specific items I needed. The girl who answered the phone was super knowledgeable and because of her great help, I headed over. When I arrived, Ana came immediately over to help me. She led me right to what I needed. Rude, entitled, belligerent, unprofessional, disrespectful, unreasonable, and hostile; those are the adjectives that describe my last interaction with the staff. This is how they treated me after being their costomer for more than two years. I deeply regret that I paid such unprofessional group of people with my business. It took me one full week and 8 phone calls to get a prescription ready that I have been filling out there for two years now. Talk about efficiency! And even worse, when I brought up my concern to Emma, saying that one of your staff already "confirmed" on Friday that I'll pick up my prescription Monday and you leave me a voice mail on Monday to "confirm" the "confirmation" again, she starts yelling at me on the phone. How rude and obnoxious! They seem to have never heard of cocepts such as customer service, customer satisfaction, general business ethics, or service excellence. They are unfamiliar with the notion of taking responsibility when they have failed repeatedly in their communication. I gave them a last chance by talking to the pharmacist and it became apparent that the fish stincks from its head. Instead of owning up to their mistakes in confirming the confirmed four times, she gave me an attitude and doubled down; how ignorant and appauling! I am done with them. This is the cleanest, nicest pharmacy around. Hands down. If you have to wait for anything, there is complimentary coffee, tea, and even healthy snack bars which my father loves to get into every time he comes with me. The staff is friendly too. Actually, they are as friendly as it gets. Whenever I call in, they pick up the phone and say, "Hi Darwin". this place has a control and power issue. I told them what my doctor tells me and they accuse me of lying and saying that basically what my doc says is wrong. I understand that but theres ways to go about it. This place will turn on you and make you seem like your crazy even though they have attitudes and in the past have been incompetent. Apparently asking the front desk nurse to call you when script is ready is too hard. Take things the wrong way and make you look bad because they are incompetent.
