Rose hip Oil is chefs kiss! I also got a charcoal scrub also loved as well. My sister was with me and bought the scrub and lotion also both new fave of hers! The owner is the sweetest and really heard me when I spoke about my skin concerns. read more

I explained as best I could, given the language barrier. I haven't woken up with pain in my feet since. If you're looking for a massage that accomplishes nothing...this is not the place for you. If you're an athlete, or if your job requires you to treat your body like you are...you'll love this place!

I sort of blundered through explaining what all is wrong with me. She had me get on the table under a blanket. Table was heated too warm for me so she killed that. Worked my neck shoulders hips and legs over pretty good. Then she had some sort of decompression strap she put under my neck and gently pulled.... I can't explain the sensation but something in my upper back slid back into place. I could not believe how good that felt. Anyway, nice place, clean, nothing strange. Just a business owner trying to build her clientele up after a move. I'll go back again.

I am attaching the photo here since the owner suggested I might simply be "difficult." To be clear, I am not criticizing the haircut she gave me--the cut itself turned out nice. However, what was extremely upsetting was how rough the brushing and hair-washing process felt. The level of force used was excessive and left my scalp tender and sore. It was genuinely painful, and as someone who struggles with confrontation and advocating for myself in the moment, I wasn't able to speak up while it was happening. After leaving the appointment, the soreness only increased, so I called the salon to share my experience and express my concern. Instead of listening or acknowledging that my experience was valid, both the owner and the receptionist dismissed me outright. They defended the stylist immediately, without any willingness to hear what actually occurred. Their response made it clear that constructive feedback is not something this salon is willing to accept or handle professionally. As I write this, my scalp is still painful, and I am deeply disappointed by how my complaint was handled. Based on my experience, I want others to be aware that if something goes wrong--or if you are handled too aggressively--your concerns may not be taken seriously.

I don't know who's photos or reviews they're using for their shop but let me tell you something, do…read moreNOT COME HERE. while I felt terrible that there was an older man doing my toes, he was very shakey so the quality of the job wasn't great, my nails? The thickest ive ever had and I even went through a phase of trying to learn how to do my own. None of the nail shapes match and are SO tacky that every person in my immediate family has pointed out asking where I went and if I paid full price for them. ON TOP of that. When I went to pay, I had my husbands card. It declined the first time when I had added a tip ( yes I will still tip, like I said I felt TERRIBLE that an old shaky man was painting my toes, sue me. ) anyway the card wasn't turned in yet so it declined. Well at that point I had already Texted my husband asking him to turn it on. But had decided I was going to tip in cash, that way I could give it all to the man doing my toes. The lady doing my nails stopped the man from going to grab the older gentlemen ( bc I had said to the man taking my money that I wanted to give it to the older man directly ) she stopped him and had him run my card again. He set it up and after reviewing the charge when we got home, he ALSO added a tip ( the button you click yourself at checkout on the card readers where you can add a 10,15,20% tip ) he added a tip before taking my money. So they got a tip on my card and in cash without me realizing until later.
