I don't have a problem with the nursery not guaranteeing their trees.. The problem I have is I questioned the staff on the health of the now dead tree I bought . In addition, I followed up many times by email and phone on advice of the tree. The staff never returned my email or phone calls. I'd probably buy a tree from this place again, but I'd trust my instinct better than the trees nursery staff's advice. The staff is no help and they won't respond to any questions after you have tree planted. Horrible customer service
