When the pandemic happened I decided to take a break from my usual long acrylic nails and do the natural route. Katrina is friendly (without being a pushover), personable, and down to earth. Also her playlists rock! Any vision I have she definitely knocks it out of the park! She DOES NOT duplicate or copy someone else's work, however she will use key elements and make it her own. Some may say she is pricey and that's ok. However you get what you pay for. Her work and the quality speaks for itself, my nails last a month! No peeling or lifting of polish or paint. I can not say that about any other nail tech I've ever used. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. Her sanitary standards and hygiene practices during this time have definitely been more than sufficient. My only complaint is that I wish she did pedi's. :-)

She did not properly clean or scrubbed my feet as she only used a small buffer to buff my heel area and it was like she only rubbed it maybe three times on each foot and that's all it was. There was no additional cleaning or anything like that. This was my first visit to Looks Nail Spa. I had numerous pedicures at other nail spa so I knew what to expect. The nail tech did not scrubbed my feet thoroughly all the way up to my heels. This was not done at this salon. I don't understand even when new customers come it they seem to give you an inexperience tech. I rather the salon tells me that the tech is fairly new so I can make An informed decision to get my pedicure done. You would think the salon will provide their best service for first time customers so that you return to their salon. When the nail tech shaped my nails they were terribly shaped and when she polished my nails she didn't even polish the full nail all the way down near the cuticles.
