I've been here a few times now and I feel confident posting a review. I've only gotten pedicures here and both times they looked great. They're not rough and the gel polish lasts about 3 weeks. The pedicures are fast and you're pretty much in and out. When I get pedicures I like to relax, not feel rushed, and enjoy light music. So as you can tell ambiance is an important factor for me. There's mainstream music playing, several tvs on, some with movies playing, and others with the news. The tv volume isn't on, only the captions. I found it difficult to be able to relax with so much stimulation around me. However, if you want a quick and beautiful pedicure this is your place. Will I return again? Absolutely. The decor is gorgeous, convenient location, ample parking, and quick service. I now know what to expect and I will plan accordingly. Customer service is fine as well. read more

This was the worse experience I've ever had at a nail place. First, I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure, I got there at the appropriate time and had to wait 20 minutes. Why allow appointments and then expect customers to wait. Then when I got to the pedicure chair the technician clearly was inexperienced. The way he manipulated my feet was borderline kiddish. He did a horrible job cleaning up after the polish; my toenails look like my 10-year old granddaughter did them. Then I get my invoice and the total was $43-3 =$40.00, at lease that's what the ticket said. The other guy said no the $3.00 is for me but your total is $43.00. No allowance for the 20 minutes of my time wasted for coming in time. I will let my toenails fall off before going back to this place. I told the man who did them, "I don't like them; some are shorter and others are longer," and he replied, "I know what I'm doing; you'll see that they turn out fine in the end." worst nail spa in the area. Paid $41 for my pedi to be horrible. i usual do a with a regular scrub. when I did it at Ana nail my heel look the same as when I walked in. The nail polish application was not done smooth. When I asked them to fix it the lady just applied more nail polish. worst service ever and it seem to be the highest price in the area. my suggestion would be not to go to them. read more

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady with the light brown hair had a attitude and rushed waxing my brows maybe because I'm a black female . Not only did she wax too much of the front of my eyebrow but left them uneven . She made my eyebrows straight with no arch and left wax residue on my face. These people are not trained . I normally go to laurel to get them done but took a chance here and then when I asked if she could correct the shape she stood there and didn't say anything I just left out of anger . When I went to the counter to pay all of them looked at me and kept walking by and didn't say anything. until one man came up to take the payment. I will no longer give my money to these people . Aside from getting toenails done, a pedicure is supposed to be pleasant, enjoyable, pampering.Today , it was UNpleasant, even painful. He seemed hurried. Told me to put my feet in the soaking water, but it was cold. When I told him that, he kept telling me to put my feet in and wait - that it would warm up. So we were off to a not very good start. He hurt me several times with hurried nail and cuticle cutting and general handling. He just seemed to lack sensitivity, which is at least as important as skill, imo, when it comes to that kind of service. Also, they raised their prices and nowhere did I see a 'menu' of services and accompanying prices. read more

I have come twice and the second time I was as attempting to give a second chance. They over charge and make up prices that are not accurate to the service. I received a service to have my cuticle cleaned , no polish, no massage no anything and was charged for a full manicure of $30. read more

I finally started going back to a nail place a couple months ago & getting back into a routine mani / pedi. This place was great (initially). Right up the road, clean place, relaxing, etc. never really had an issue. I understand each person has their own way of doing things and I have never. Once. In my entire 20 years of getting my nails done have I ever said anything to an employee about the service no matter how bad the polish was or any of the small stuff because I am a VERY understanding person. I am a nurse. I am on my feet 40+ hours each week. My legs and feet are in pain by the end of the day and I just really love that extra massage and the extra "deluxe" package of the pedicure. The heat from the water, the massage... all of it really rejuvenates my legs and feet. So today. I arrived as schedule, quickly called back. I got in the chair, relaxing and I let the nail tech do her thing. I ordered a DELUXE pedicure and manicure. The water was boiling hot, steaming, that got turned down. Fine. No worries. It happens. So the water becomes luke warm.. fine won't say anything. Pedicure began. No foot massage, nail care was poor - no actual cleaning of the nails, just trimmed, no extra leg massage and the only "massage" I got was maybe two minutes, the "hot towels" were dirty and were left on for 15 min - freezing by the time they came off. Figured she was new, wasn't going to say anything still. I should have but I didn't. No lotion afterwards. All of a sudden done. Okay... move on to the manicure. I put my hands in the water bowl. Water was cold. Eventually noticed something clear in the water and there was an entire piece of plastic and when I asked what it was the nail tech goes "oh i don't know what that is" I explained that it was a little disgusting. But moving forward. Nail care begin. She trimmed and plucked some of the dead skin. Nothing else. The gel polish looks fine, but my nails feel gross, my legs were freezing afterwards, and I figured I would just ask if there was a change to the deluxe pedicure description and this was the convo... Me: so was there a change in the deluxe pedicure? I didn't get an extra massage, and... I get cut off Nail tech: okay I can give you $10 off Me: I'm not asking for a handout, but my nail care wasn't done... Cut off Nail tech: I can give you the $10 off Me: okay but the service wasn't properly done, and I'm not asking for a discount I'm just trying to figure out what happened Nail tech; so your bill was xyz and now it's $10 off and hands me the bill. I have never been so disgusted. I never raised my voice, side note. Not only was service poor but the lack of customer service was even more poor when I was simply just trying to address my concerns. I left feeling gross. It takes A LOT for me to write a review, but this just needed to be posted. I'm not saying everyone there is bad because up until today I really have enjoyed my experiences there. But today was awful & the nail tech I worked with was not ideal. I hope this goes to whoever it needs to, and this is addressed. If she was having a bad day, I get it, I've been there, but there was no need for the poor service recovery for a customer. read more

Updating review to say that my acrylics didn't last. I work from home and they definitely should have lasted longer than the three weeks they did. I actually had three nails pop off and I have NEVER had that happen before. Even when I worked outside the house in a position where I always used my hands. Usually with acrylics they last me a month and just show nail growth like normal but these acrylics popped off as if they were Lee Press On Nails. I'm sorry to say that spending almost $250 on services and then this happening is not incentive enough for me to return even though the customer service was great. read more

I decided pretty last-minute that I needed a pedicure, so the fact that they were available to take me immediately as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon was nice. But maybe that should've been a sign to go somewhere else. Things seemed clean. So no docking stars for that. But my service was just okay. The nail tech hurt me a few times with the cuticle trimmer and my left big toe is sore today from it. And my polish looks...wellll...it kind of looks like I did it myself. Actually, to be honest, I think I could do a better job. I don't want to post a whole foot pic because I think that's weird but here's a pic of my big toe. All of the toes look equally bad. I didn't feel like driving to my usual salon so I thought I'd try out one closer to my house. I walked up to the building that had the 'ANA' sign but it was empty. It was their new building that looks gorgeous inside it's just not anywhere near being finished. So then I walked down the sidewalk to an unlabeled store which happened to be the nail salon. Upon entering the salon it was very cramped and overwhelming. The salon is very very very cluttered and dirty. Unfortunately, it doesn't look as though it has been cleaned thoroughly in a very long time. The pedicure I got was just okay, nothing to write home about. I have been an on again off again Ana Nails patron for the last 3 years & I'm debating on making my visit tonight the last I ever make. My nail tech today was pretty unfriendly and made it seem like any slight change I wanted to make was an inconvenience to her. I've always found it hard to speak up at nail salons when I'm feeling dissatisfied with the service and tonight was no exception. I've been putting a lot of time and money into my nails over the last 6ish months to grow out my natural nails and tonight a lot of that progress was lost when she decided to Dremel off my gel nail polish instead of soaking it. My nail beds instantly hurt because of how much she filed them, and even now with gel nail polish on, my nails feel weak and flimsy. A lot of the shaping on my nails was done in what felt like a rush which left my nails looking unprofessional (I came home and had to fix the filing myself). I was really hoping to get a certain kind of gel, and after Ana realized the color book was lost I had to choose a color just by the labels on the bottle (which are VERY inaccurate). After she put the color on one nail I kindly let my nail tech know that I had changed my mind about the color and would prefer clear; which she proceeded to put on clear pink (which at that point I didn't feel like speaking up anymore after she seemed very aggravated and almost scuffed when I asked to change the color). I didn't end up hating the clear pink, it's just not what I wanted. My nail beds were also jagged and almost flaky after she filed them which left some jagged spots poking up even after the gel polish was applied (one spot she decided to file down after my top coat, leaving a scuff mark on my nail). On top of my manicure, i also got a gel pedicure. My nail tech tore, what I'm assuming she thought was ingrown bits of my toenail out of 3 out of 4 sides of my big toes, which hurt pretty badly; and waking up the morning after it now feels like I have a very painful infection on the one side of both of my big toe nails that she picked at. Overall, I left feeling upset and dissatisfied, and honestly with the price it cost to get your nails done and the uncertainty if you're going to get the intended result, I feel I could do them better myself at home. If I do go back, I will make sure I make an appointment with Ana herself read more

Hi Yelpers!!! I visited Anna's Nails and I am very happy I must say. I had a Manicure and Gel Pedicure done. The nail technician who worked with me was so pleasant and did a wonderful job. I don't remember her name tho sowwy :( Anna the owner actually did my Gel Manicure and the Technician took care of my feet. The positive downside is that the space is quite small. I arrived for my appointment at about 10am or 11am and oh my goodness the place was already full with customers getting their nails done. Ladies are not playing this summer lolll. Came here on a whim one day after living in the immediate area for over a year and I couldn't believe I had never gone there before! At first I didn't feel like the staff was very welcoming when I walked in, but in all fairness I did show up the last hour or so of their day. Once it was my turn though, the lady doing my nails was very nice and helpful in choosing what I wanted to get done, which I find to be a HUGE plus because not all nail salons take their time to give you exactly what you're looking for. For the nails themselves - they turned out BEAUTIFUL! She took her time, doing them perfect! Not only did they look great but they lasted!!! I was going to be leaving for vacation in a couple weeks and told the lady that I'd probably come back for a color change before leaving and she informed me that I didn't need to come back every 2 weeks and that this should last me for at least 4 weeks. I didn't believe her, but time for vacation rolled around 3.5 weeks later and my nails still looked perfect!! PLEASE READ!!! I usually wouldn't leave a review but I had to. The experience I had with Ana has made me rethink a lot about letting salons like hers do my nails. I come in to get me nails done as a form of relaxation I should not leave your "spa" stressed out and unrefreshed. I came in for a full set and to get my toes painted. The toes painting went great, I showed Ana and one of her coworkers a picture of the nails I wanted for my fingers she said she can't do the exact thing but something close I said okay that is understandable. A man lays the acrylic on my hand and shapes my nails after looking at the picture multiple times. The shape isn't perfect but I think nothing of it because Ana is doing the design and he's just giving her a canvas to work with. I was there with my sister and we waited well over an hour for Ana to finish with one of the other customers with no complaints. It is now my turn and Ana starts with my nails saying that she doesn't have the exact colors but something close. I am reasonable so I say okay let me see how it looks and my God her version of the design looked NOTHING like what I showed. What she drew on my hand was from outer space I told her I didn't like it and it didn't look like the picture she said well I said it wouldn't look exactly and I said you did say that but what is on my finger looks nothing like the picture not even close. I could feel her getting frustrated so I told her to just give me a solid color and she said okay. Like the picture I thought she would shape the nails the way I requested and I brought it up. She reacted as if I wasn't paying for the service. She then said why didn't I say anything to the man when he was laying my acrylic I told her I showed him and you a picture at the same time nothing was communicated to me that he would be the one shaping and after that they'll be not more shaping which is unheard of. Ana was the only one doing design and client after client kept coming and everyone was waiting on her she even had to turn some people away and it was a THURSDAY. I asked her if she could fix the shape she said she didn't have time which shocked me because I waited over an hour just to get In her chair patiently while she giggled and laughed with the customer before myself and my sister. Ana was rude and combative. She made what was supposed to be a great experience terrible for me I was so uncomfortable. It might seem like just nails but this is something people do to relax and I was not. I am a new mom and I don't get out much she stressed me out. I noticed they were severely understaffed we got there at approximately 4:35 we didn't leave till 7:30 that is ridiculous. I also noticed that a client started using their equipment to take of her nails by herself because she was left unattended!! It was so bizarre. But guess what Ana has time to take our money with no shame. It was a disgusting experience to say the least. I wish a negative 10 was an option here to rate my experience. read more

Ana's nail has always been one of my favorite nail shops even after i have felt rushed a time or two. Yesterday 10/09 I had my nails done, sns dip powder..Ana was doing my nails as well as another ladies (back n forth..my nails drying she works on other ladies ) ok cool..after she places 3rd clear gel coat on my nails i placed them in dryer again as told, she tells me when to take them out..i get home and shower i notice my nails begin to bubble as seen in the picture. I call Ana today 10/10 explain what happens she says come by. I told Ana i will be there between 5 and 530. She's ok with this. I get there at 5:15 no Ana. I speak to the staff, everyone there is friendly. 5:20 Lynn remembers I just left i show her whats wrong. She says another gentleman can fix. Front desk. He says No, let me wrap and u can wait for Ana. I ask well, when will she be here. No-one knows. Lynn comes back and says "There's no bubble you messed it up by not letting it dry" ma'am i did what my nail technician told me too. I didn't mess up anything. I asked can someone call Ana because she knew I was coming. If she was leaving she should've called. No-one knows Ana's number. I asked was she not the salon owner and your boss? They reply yes but they have no number. Ok, i don't want her number. I just want you to call...but to end a long story... I now have to pay another salon to do what should've been fixed for free. I have been supporting ANA Nails when in need of waxing, manicure, or pedicure since July 2019 when my family moved to the area. Over the years, I have been consistently met with friendly service, though I have noticed when receiving service from Ana, things are often rushed or interrupted. This morning, in need of brow waxing, I checked the business hours online and arrived 5 mins before the posted open time in hopes of avoiding rushed service. However, there were already several people inside. I was directed to the waxing room and waiting for several moments before being served, and once Ana came in and had me lie down, she left the room again. She returned and finished my brows in record time with no additional grooming (brushing, plucking) and no cooling gel applied after. My brow shape was dramatically altered from the norm and I told Ana that I was concerned about the appearance of my brows. She replied "That's the best I can do." I told her that I always come to her and she usually does them differently, and that things have felt especially in recent past. She did not respond. At the front, Ana told me the total price and I pulled out my debit card to pay, but my dissatisfaction with my brows nagged me, and I proceeded to ask if she would revisit her work to improve them. Ana interrupted me in mid-sentence and stated "You can just leave, and don't come back." I was in shock and I left, but immediately returned to tell her what I thought of the treatment and service I received. I advised customers who were waiting that I would not recommend they continue to support an establishment that would hand down such poor customer service, especially when I had been respectful and nice through my displeasure with the service. I was still going to pay, and was simply asking that she try and modify her work to my liking. My daughter visited last weekend and experienced a customer service issue as well, but I returned thinking it was a one off. It seems that since ANA Nails has moved to their new location, their owner has lost sight of what is most important- customer service and satisfaction. I will not be returning and do not recommend. My feelings were hurt and I honestly felt like a patron of another hue would not have been treated in such a way. I did not deserve how I was treated and ultimately, am thankful that she told me to leave without accepting my payment, as she did not deserve my hard-earned money for her less than stellar service. Ana, do know that I have three daughters who have friends, and we will no longer be supporting you. Golden Nails just opened in the area and you will never be too big of a business to prioritize customer service- you DO have competitors. read more

I am a regular at Ana nails. The technicians are very nice. I think that I have had every technician in the shop do my nails and haven't had a bad experience yet. If I had to give two pieces of constructive criticism it would be waiting times. 1. Sometimes even with appointments I have had to wait, but even while waiting they are always apologetic, so sometimes the wait doesn't seem so long. 2. They aren't really good with designs, but they are great at basic polish. read more

The work they do is fine, but even with an appointment, you'll end up waiting much longer than you should. I had an appointment right when they opened up, and I still had to wait almost an hour. And this place is not clean. Every station is cluttered and caked in acrylic or dip polish dust.
