My mother received her first order as scheduled. Had a problem with the 2nd delivery. She was supposed to get the three gallon bottles but instead she received her regular order plus 4 five gallon bottles. She's 83 and moving them inside was a lot of work for her. Help from the delivery person would have been appreciated. Prices are decent though and they have lots of options plus it's very easy to sign up online. First time I've ever written a bad review as I only like to brag about places that I love. But today was the final straw. I was so rudely spoken to and treated with such disrespect. Don't even know if the girl gave me her real name but Betty was a complete b***ch. My water was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and no one bothered to reach out to me and let me know that it wasn't coming. So I ended up calling the day after the delivery was supposed to arrive and they told me that it would come in the next day. When the next day came nothing arrived again. I received 1 month of service, the 2nd month my delivery never came, I never got an answer when I tried to contact them to see when I could expect my delivery, so I canceled, got an email back right away that they would be by to pick up my empty bottles, then 30 days later when I was supposed to receive my refund for the empty bottles I again can not get anyone on the phone or have anyone answer my emails. So i have to get crazy, then I get a response that they will mail a check, whatever, it has been over 60 days and I still have not received my refund. I have finally had enough and just canceled my service. The minimum is 5 bottles per month - which is too much for two people, but I signed up knowing we'd begin to stockpile bottles. Unfortunately, the drivers don't seem to understand that you're charged for five bottles automatically, and sometimes only left 3 (if that's how many empties we had) or sometimes inexplicably they'd leave 8 - no matter how many empties we had. When they leave more than 5 bottles (at their own choice) or if you don't have five empties to turn in then they charge you extra deposit charges and for the water in the extra bottles - and it keeps riding and riding until your monthly fees are ridiculous. And they can't give you an accounting, either - it's like they just charge you whatever they want. You get an invoice emailed to you moments after the driver has left - they'll bill for 8 bottles when he's only left 4, etc. Their driver turnover is unbelievable (a different guy every month sometimes!), and they don't know the route. Their trucks drive over our lawn (we have a long driveway) making huge tire depressions that never go away. One guy would leave the bottles on the front porch, the next guy in our garage (which is where we asked to have them left). Then one guy broke our automatic garage door because instead of pushing the button he manually opened the garage door (he must have really had to be Hercules to open it). It was obvious it was broken and the cables were snapped and the garage door was crooked and half open and he drove away not saying anything. Luckily I was home (he didn't realize it) and went right outside and saw what he had done. It then took us about 5 months to get them to respond to that customer service issue. If it wasn't so frustrating how bad their billing and customer service is it would be comical. I honestly have no idea how this company is still in business. Awful. Absolutely awful. Stay away from this company. I have been using them for coming up on 2 years now. They never deliver on the same date or give you a heads up on when they are coming. If you miss them, you have to pay $7.00 deposit for each empty bottle that you have. This can get kind of pricey. My boyfriend called while I was out of town to see what day they were coming. He specifically left work early to meet the driver and the driver never shows nor called to give an update. They locked us into a 2 year contract and the guy who originally signed us up said we could cancel at any time if we are not happy with their service. They failed to mention that they will charge you for every month remaining on the contract. Customer service is non-apologetic and could really care less if we are unhappy. Have this service if you want your front door to look like this for the rest of your life. Very inconsistent delivery. We've had this situation going on for over three years, with different delivery guys doesn't matter. Until our building management did us a favor by saying they had enough with bottles on the hallway and we are now cancelling the service. It's not always late, many times showed earlier than they had announced, left new bottles and charged us for not returning the previous month's. They are very consistent, of course, to charge your bill punctually. At some points we've had more than 10 bottles in our apartment. We have had Earth20 for well over a year and I would recommend using any other water delivery service you can find or just go buy bottled water at the grocery store. Their customer service is the worst! My $0.02 = Do not support this company. You will be just as frustrated as I am to the point that I am now cancelling service. I would say that last year they missed delivery dates repeatedly and I had to email them frequently. They did not even send us a 2017 schedule until April 5th - when I had to call and ask for it. We live in an apartment building and can't be a storage facility so communicating the exact delivery date is important. We are not home during the day so we have to leave our empty bottles in the hallway to be picked up. In the meanwhile, they didn't pick them up and our maintenance guys removed them because we are not allowed to store items in the hall. Today I talked on the phone to Ms. Schuelzke after already expressing that I am frustrated and she laughed. I hung up on her and then immediately emailed and asked how to cancel my account. This has gone on for far too long. Customers should NOT have to do all the work to get a service! We did run into our driver Dustin a couple of times and he was nice. Earth2o has been providing our business with water bottles for at least 3 years. We have always paid our bills promptly and fully. I noticed on the last statement there was an invoice from a few months ago that was in the past due column. Apparently that invoiced got lost in the shuffle, or went to my junk folder and was mistakenly dumped with the trash mail. I promptly paid the full amount due and wrote an apology for the error. Today when the delivery driver came he told us he would not be leaving any us any fresh water until we paid the $9.79. He took the empty containers and left. I was so angry and insulted that I cancelled the service. We would NEVER treat our customers so rudely! Not even a courtesy call or email to say "hey, just wondering if you noticed there was a passed due on your account?" They have much to learn about customer service. read more

Our department goes through about 16 bottles every 2 weeks. In the 1.5 years I've been at my current job, Earth2O has missed our delivery date at least every other scheduled time. Our supervisor will call them over and over, without an answer or call back. At one point, she spoke to a GM and that didn't even help. They have serious issues with maintaining the schedule and communicating with the customer. They also have never reimbursed us for the missed days, where we go without any water at all. Sadly, the service has gone downhill in the last year or so. Part of this is due to what seems to be high turnover of delivery drivers, so we have experienced missed deliveries more often than not in the last 6 months. Delivery schedules change, at least we got an email notifying us of the change. Rates go up without notice, a delivery fee was tacked on without notice. Communications with customer service are abysmal and often are left without resolution. It seems that the company is mismanaged from the top down and there appears to be little employee satisfaction so the frustrations are gleefully taken out on paying customers. I've been a home delivery customer in Bend for several years now. I love the water, but the delivery service and customer service are TERRIBLE! Today was typical of what I go through every other month having a missed delivery with no communication or explanations why. Today is 8/15/17, my scheduled delivery date. It's now 11:41pm and my 9 empty bottles are still sitting outside on my porch, with NO word from the company letting me know they wouldn't be delivering on time, or why they didn't show, or when they would actually deliver. . I called today, 8/15 at the end of the day to find if I was going to get my water, and the customer service lady gave weak excuses, said delivery had been changed to 8/21, (a week later, and I'm out of water NOW. Then backtracked and said they're not delivering on 8/21 and didn't know when delivery would be. I live on a busy street corner and cannot have my empty bottles sitting out on my porch for days at at time. She promised to have the delivery driver, Jason Musante call me. No call ever came. Whenever I email the company about a missed delivery, I NEVER receive a reply. Trying to get a real person on the phone is almost an impossibility as well. I'm frustrated to the point right now of considering cancelling my water because the service is so horrible. These guys took over the route for A local company that they bought out in Newport Oregon. Since we use the water for both our home and business we consume a large amount of bottles. I own a glassblowing facility and we drink a lot of water as it is a hot and dry work environment.The whole 8 1/2 years with The local company we were never without water. When their salesman contacted us he was more than willing to sign us up for earth2o delivery service. We received one delivery and had to call consistently to get another delivery three weeks later, then no water for six weeks with us calling at least twice a week. When we called to cancel they had no answers for us and could not say when we could get more water delivered. Less than 10 minutes l after we canceled the water truck pulled up in the parking lot and came to get their bottles. If they would have delivered water this timely we wouldn't have canceled .Hopefully someone opens up another local water distribution. Until then we have bought a purifier and our own bottles and are filling them ourselves. read more

I have no idea why all of these negative reviews have appeared on your site. I have been using Earth20 for five years now, and have never had anything other than prompt, efficient service. They have suspended delivery when requested, every time I have had extra water on hand, and have delivered quickly whenever requested. I have never had any problems dealing with their customer service people whatsoever, and as to the comment that their water "tasted like swamp water" that is just untrue. The fact that they provide BPA Free bottles is an added plus. read more

Make sure you understand their polices. First, it's a contract. If you decide that you don't like the service, it's $150 to cancel. Next, it you don't get the contacted number of bottles, you still get the full billing. Such as 5 bottles contracted, you get 1, still full billing. Extra bottles delivered next month, extra billing. Their service it set for certain days each month. Some months no show on the scheduled days. So guess what, extra billing and bottle deposit next time. Do your budget a favor, buy your own dispenser, get your water at Safeway, Walmart or similar. read more

One more review to say the water is great but the people are not. They miss half the deliveries or change the schedule without telling us. Thats bad as my place in Bend is my second home so i am not here all the time. The driver won't knock on the door, even if he gets there and something is not right. He just leaves. I have been Sierra Springs customer for more than a year (got that setup through Costco). Their service has gone downhill (missed deliveries). Moreover, I don't know why a water company will have springs in name when it's tap water. Finally, I called Earth2O today to setup the service delivery and expected them to deliver water in few days. Here comes the surprise. Chris from EartH2O calls and sets up everything same day. And water tastes much better than Sierra Springs. I still can't believe how fast service can be. I work at a small business in the Portland area and our water gets delivered on time and the water tastes amazing! Also, there's no lengthy contract and the prices are very reasonable, $6-7 a bottle.. I forget which. We have our own dispenser so we're not renting theirs, but I believe that's only an additional $7 a month. I don't know why the bad service reviews, because we've had nothing but great services from them. We actually didn't finish up all our bottles a day before the next delivery date, and asked if they can deliver only 1 instead of our usual 3 for this one time so we don't get charged for the extra bottles kept (they will charge for that) and they had no problem with that. Ridiculously inefficient. They had one job.. bring us water once a month. After skipping us two months in a row (but obviously they didn't skip invoicing us), I tried to cancel the account. Because we need access to water at our business. They said they would show up on Thursday to pick up their bottles and cooler. Thursday morning, I get an email for another round of monthly service that we obviously didn't receive. I call, they said they will be here on Friday for the pick up, and ignore the invoice it will be handled. Friday morning, I get ANOTHER INVOICE! So I email this time, and am told just to ignore it and that the driver won't be by to pick up the things until late next week because he went out of town. So I call, and the RUDE customer service rep tells me "well it's not like I'm going to come out and pick it up". Absolutely ridiculous. They're supposed to be here today for pick up (third scheduled day for this, fingers crossed). Worst. Service. Ever. I'm staying for the water, I wish I could leave for everything else. This isn't a new situation. I see that happy campers with this company are the exception (or friends of the owner), not the rule. I actually had a check returned to me with the admin person asking for me to put my account number on the check so she could credit me properly (!)...umm you have my unique name and address and you returned the check to me, at the address to which you deliver the water...and you can't figure out my account number????!!!! And I actually have to send in a new check and waste another stamp???!!! Oh and two weeks ago I ask for a replacement cooler, since I've had this one two years and would like one that doesn't make weird noises and isn't sort of clogged with minerals or whatever...I do rent it, I should be able to get a fresh one every year. I was told that would be fine...so I leave the cooler out with my empty bottles...and the driver ignores it. When I call in to the office, the admin tells me to hang on while she contacts the driver...she reports back, laughing, that when he got to me, he "ran out of coolers" ...umm, he ran out of my reserved cooler at 9:30AM???? And this is a joke? Evidently. Oh, he would come back tomorrow with one (assuming he doesn't run out by the time he gets here...) The customer service and delivery is a complete joke. Over the past year, I have had many conversations with customer service regarding: delivery dates, number of bottles to leave, noisy machine, replacement that never came for the noisy machine, accounting (no they only send invoices by email and you MUST read the schedule calendar that they may or may not actually send you each year). Rude customer service staff who won't believe you didn't get the calendar they think they emailed you. Oh and be sure to have your account number when you call (not just your address)! As of today, we have canceled and they cannot even pick up the machine and unused bottles on the date they provided me two weeks ago when I called. Highly recommend you RUN THE OTHER WAY and get bottled water from any other delivery service out there even if it costs more.
