The 2 men worked hard and loaded up my crap in about 10 minutes before taking payment (they accept card) and leaving. The whole process was so simple and fast. Both times, the drivers showed up unprepared for the job even though I left very detailed descriptions of what I needed taken away in their online scheduling form. Both times, they informed me that their truck was already mostly full and they couldn't fit all the stuff in there and they wanted to be able to bring another guy to help them. The first time, for the hot tub, I did accept their offer to reschedule because we had no ideas on other ways to dispose of this hot tub that no longer worked and a few other companies had refused to take. The guys did not seem very happy about having to take apart the hot tub and hauling it away even though the fee I was charged was really high, but I couldn't really blame them because I did not want to do it either. Today, the driver was not able to reschedule me while he was here and told me the office would give me a call sometime today to set something up for later. He then told me that I should just rent a dumpster and load it all up myself. Again, I got the clear impression that he did not want to come back and load up my rubbish pile. I wish I had known I would be having this experience again because I would have called another company to rent a dumpster prior to starting our demolition project and garage clean out. Thinking I would be able to have Rubbishworks pick it up on our scheduled appointment, we worked as hard as we could over the weekend to get it all together in a nice pile in our driveway to make it easier on them today. Lesson learned. The dumpster has been ordered and will be here in a couple of days for half the price.

Pricing was transparent and communication was excellent, and the technicians called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. While inspecting the ducting, they discovered a section that needed to be fixed. My home warranty would cover that fix, but only if I use their approved contractor. So I couldn't have J&M Services fix the duct nor clean the ducting that day. They ended up only charging me for the dryer vent cleaning that they were able to complete that day. They were very honest and helpful, and I will definitely be calling on them again for their services. Highly recommend!

They do NOT care about your kid or their needs, only your $. They never listen to parents, will lie & gaslight you. It's so toxic. They play favorites! But don't you dare call them on it, they get defensive & hostile. They give stale snacks & whatever is on sale which is typically just oranges. They keep the rooms cold to not use $ for heating. Nothing is ever cleaned and your kid will come home sick every week! Not sure how they pass inspections or licensing. Teachers are unhappy, you can see it on their face. Some of the classrooms are like a chaotic zoo. No structure, no discipline. My kid was so happy to leave she made me promise to never take her back. That's how bad it is. Stay away. Especially for Kindergarten. We wanted and needed a full day Kindy and there wasn't one available at our local public school at that time. She was really ready, she was already reading and doing some math. Princess got Mandarin classes,music, sign language, soccer instruction, basketball, handwriting practice, all kinds of exposure to various media... the teachers were mostly fabulous,the playground was good, and we felt it was clean and safe if not a bit stuck up. ( sorry, but true). All in all it was a good experience. She would tell you she liked the Pre-K and kindergarten parts fine, but after first grade they "treated (her) like a baby" and she did not like that part. We didn't bring her back for the summer after 2nd grade, although we could have. We also found out after the fact that some of their snacks were less than desirable. Um, Twinkies? really? But, I have to reiterate, safe and for the most part, very good. She and her friends from Goddard liked one of their teachers so much that they talked him up in First Grade and the First Grade teacher invited him to come to their class and read the class a story and hang out with them. That was pretty special. How often does that happen, really? and the kids STILL talk about him and his visit. Sweet.

From the very beginning they have been honest, helpful, professional, reliable, and courteous. They make sure our offices are stocked with sugar, creamer, tea, coffee, filters, etc. I never run out of things anymore. It's really great to have this kind of service. If something goes wrong with one of our hot/cold units they are quick to replace it. If I call because I want to add a different kind of tea to our stock, they swing by the office when they have a minute to drop it off for me. They just really make you feel like you are genuinely important to them. I love that about them.
