Excellent service!!!!!!!!…read more Percasso has been our Coffee/water filters vendor for almost 2 years now and I am still so happy we made the switch to them. From the very beginning they have been honest, helpful, professional, reliable, and courteous. They make sure our offices are stocked with sugar, creamer, tea, coffee, filters, etc. I never run out of things anymore. It's really great to have this kind of service. If something goes wrong with one of our hot/cold units they are quick to replace it. If I call because I want to add a different kind of tea to our stock, they swing by the office when they have a minute to drop it off for me. They just really make you feel like you are genuinely important to them. I love that about them.

You must buy the filters from Culligan, but when I called I was put on hold for an hour. Gave up and ask Ed d for a call back. They called me back the next day at 5:00 in the morning. As far as I can tell, I will have to pay for them to come to my house to replace the filters for a truly outrageous fee. Looking at upwards of 4 figures for a simple filter change. What a horrible company.

When I call to report it, the manager personally delivers the missing bottles. A few months ago, the driver stopped delivering to my front door because it hurt his shoulder, and if I'm not here to pay him $10 to bring them up my steps he won't do it. Today I was at work, and he left them on a public sidewalk!! The manager is nice and apologetic but we are talking every month for a year delivery has been short. It's frustrating to pay for something I'm not getting.
